Elliot came over to see the property first and gave some great advice. We made a decision to put our house on the market during the lockdown, Jonathan and team were excellent at getting our house marketed, working with us on the strategy. We had multiple offers and sold above asking within a couple of weeks. The sale process has been quite stressful (not due to Jonathan I hasten to add!), and Jonathan and team have been with us all of the way, exceptionally responsive and very proactive in solving issues. I was solely interested in one property that I saw for sale with KFH. My property was therefore put up for sale on the basis of selling to purchase this property. I have noticed that the property I was interested in is under offer yet no one from KFH has advised me of this - despite making this very clear to them as I don't want to mess other people about by having my property for sale if the property I want is no longer available. I have contacted KFH several times now - by phone and email to get confirmation of the status of the property I was interested in and yet no one has replied. Also - the 'For Sale' sign on my property has been put up in front of my neighbours house! Poor communication from KFH (Lee) which is very disappointing. They only seem to contact you when it suits them. Not a great customer experience. Maybe this review will get their attention? My property needs to be removed from the market and the 'For Sale' signed removed please if the property I am interested in is no longer available. I made this clear when agreeing to sell my house. I also continue to get emailed details of other properties that are no where near what I was looking for. Poor.... Read more

We went for a viewing in Burnt Ash Hill and we accidentally looked at the adverts outside the agency while going back to the station. Someone from the team asked if we would have liked to come in and that’s where it all started. We met Jenna, which was super friendly and polite and in no time she found what we were looking for. She booked the viewing within half an hour and we went to see the flat few days after. Unfortunately while viewing someone made an offer and Jenna kept contact trying to find something else for us. The property we liked came back on the market and Jenna went above and beyond as she made sure our offer was pushed to the landlord who declined at the beginning. She then managed to convince him and The process after that was smooth and easy with documents to be signed online. The transaction has been a slow and painful one for reasons beyond our control, and Jonathan helped keep things on track to the extent that I'm certain the sale would have fallen through at several points without him. I found everyone I dealt with at the branch to be really helpful, and the photography process extremely professional. My advice would be to work with KFH to establish an asking price that you know instinctively to be achievable, as I felt they went in a little high at first.
