The is a genuinely nice estate agent to use if you want to sell your home. Even though my property has only been on the market for a few weeks they have been great in keeping us updated throughout. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jenna Gray who was a brilliant help in acquiring a new home. We have had two journeys with KFH Peckham, firstly when buying our house on Peckham Hill Street 11 years ago - when Jason was a guiding light throughout the process. He made my first house sale a pleasure and I felt in very safe hands. More recently, James has sold the same house for us, in what has been a very slow market. From the outset, he was an absolute pleasure to deal with - never pushy, never failing to consult us every step of the way, he is someone who knows his trade and knows how to sell a house in that area! Very friendly and helpful agents. We visited an apartment to rent on a Saturday, made an offer on Monday and our it was accepted by the landlord on Tuesday. The process afterwards was quick and easy. Ezra and Toni answered all our questions on a timely manner and are really nice to deal with. Highly recommend!
