I recently purchased through Stirling Ackroyd as a first time buyer, and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service. Victoria, Jan, Saima and the team were fantastic at ensuring things were pressing along in a timely manner, chasing sellers and solicitors likewise. Whenever there were issues, they were quick to communicate and iron things out with transparency. I can't recommend them enough, they made a stressful process seamless. Thank you so much to the team.

We had an incredible experience with Stirling Ackroyd, all thanks to Johann - by far the best estate agent we've ever worked with. He truly went above and beyond to help us secure our dream flat, guiding us through the application process and ensuring we put our best foot forward with the landlord. Johann even stepped in over a bank holiday weekend to send us our tenancy agreement when the move-in team was unavailable, something totally outside his responsibilities. His dedication, responsiveness, and support were outstanding. We can’t recommend this agency, and especially Johann, highly enough!
