2nd Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency. A few positive examples: - they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down - they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue - very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat - and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight. The last point to me would be the selling point. Thank you!

They would follow up with different parties for resolutions and ensured timely chasers to avoid delays. Incredible services - For example sorting me out with a brand new roof at no extra cost! Huge thanks to Chris French who was so helpful and would always call me to check in and to keep me updated. Thanks to Liam who showed me round the property more than once! 10’s across the board! David at B&S gave excellent customer service, we stayed in touch through him with the sellers throughout the whole process which made things much easier. David always responded to queries and chased all solicitors involved promptly. David was friendly, professional and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

If we move again I’ll definitely be reaching out to Kern again UPDATED REVIEW… thought they were fantastic until trying to leave the property got completely shafted with hidden costs and loopholes in the contract .. will not use again

25th Mar 2024 (25 days ago)I purchased my flat in Greenwich with Foxtons in October 2023 and Amy Curtis was the estate agent who worked with me during this time. Unlike other estate agents I had met in the past, she was incredibly prepared, responsive and supportive through the whole purchase process. Her experience and knowledge are invaluable and exactly what you need if you are a first time buyer and need good guidance. She was also very pleasant to work with which adds a nice touch especially as things do get stressful towards the end when there is time pressure.
