Very poor service especially from Nick Hardy - wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone. We have rent out a fully furnished one bedroom flat which came without bed because of a misunderstanding. Lots of issues like toilet not functioning and rats in the attic. Stay away
Brilliant service from initial contact through to completion of the contract. Jeffrey Boateng in particular was courteous and beyond helpful. Found exactly what we were looking for and is an asset to the business. I would definitely recommend
Highly disappointed so far in the 5 weeks that the Woolwich Branch was appointed to sell my house. I felt my complaints about the service was dismissed with defensive responses, emails are selectively not responded to, and I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks now for my property details to be sent to be for approval, which was promised over a week ago, and chaser emails again not responded to. They were extremely quick to chase me when looking to sign a contract, but once the contract has been signed, it's all gone downhill, from my perspective as a client with a huge lack of communication. I've asked them to release me from the contract so I can go elsewhere to find another agency who will seriously market my property but again no response.
I had Re/Max as a managing agency for over a year, living abroad it is very difficult to deal with tenants and other issues related to renting a flat. Neil was always on top of things and looked after our flat as if it was his own. He dealt with a refurbishment, new tenants, disappearing tenants...all sorts!
After a while we decided to sale and they also took over the sale of the property, he went the extra "few hundred" miles and always made sure I got the best deal. He dealt with a few hiccups that we found along the way in a very professional manner, I would have lost my marbles and my mental sanity if I had to do all on my own.
So, I will be always grateful to Neil and his team for looking after our property so well. I highly recommend RE/MAX FIRST
Awful lettings agent. Poor communication. Having read all the positive reviews I expect better customer service. This company is the worst letting agents I have ever dealt with, they are rude and very unprofessional. They are only interested in speaking to you if you are not making a complaint or have a problem with the house you are in! They especially don't understand the words customer service! Also the whole point of being with an agent is so that if there are any problems they get it fixed - well this company doesn't!
Great Service! Sold my mothers house and purchased a retirement flat for her with Danson Property Services. Just want to thank Kevin and his team for all their support. They were very professional and reassuring during the whole process of sale and purchase. I would recommend Danson Property Services. Thank you once again.
Rented a property through them, terrible service not willing to help i any way and often i impossible to get hold off DO NOT USE.
Edit: The comment from the owner of this business are false statementsI am reviewing them for the time they served that was longer than 6 months that included them not even releasing that the property was change in management by the landlord. I have waited to review as I did not want this to effect my service from them while I was with them

We have just bought our first property through John Payne and the experience could not have been better - the branch manager Susan Denny is absolutely brilliant to deal with, very communicative, very aware of client needs and understands the importance of keeping in contact throughout the process. There were a couple of wrinkles in our purchase and without Sue's help I have no doubt these would have been much harder to iron out.
I would not hesitate to recommend John Payne in general, and Sue in particular, to potential buyers and sellers and when the time eventually comes to sell our flat, we will definitely be using John Payne to do so.
My impression is that this agency is managed in a very chaotic way. I rented through them over an year ago and I can summarise my experience as follows:
-Made an offer - specifying the terms (what was needed in the flat) and the offer was accepted
-Had the terms confirmed in writing.
-Days before moving in, have been advised that some of those terms were not going to be fulfilled
-Argued that it was not a professional behaviour and wanted to rescind the offer
-Advised that that was not possible as these were minor terms, had one of the persons dealing with the contract (in total I believe the offer/contract was managed by 4 or 5 different people) put down the phone while we were still talking
- Was contacted by the customer service and expressed how unhappy I was and never heard from them again
The lack of care and professionalism experienced makes me promise to never ever engage with them again. I really can't recommend them
