18th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Traveled to view a property which was confirmed via text. Arrived and waited outside, sent a text and tried to call the office several times, no one picked up. Called the number which sent the text, went to answer phone. Left the viewing after waiting around for 45 mins, still not received a call or text and won’t be going through this company. I’d give half star if I could.

20th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I had top-tier experience buying my home 1 year ago! David Evans are a small team, but all very efficient and effective. Mark in particular is an example of what a great estate agent should be like!!! Top professional!!! Can't recommend Mark enough: no call left unreturned, direct communication (I mean how many estate agents can you communicate with directly on WhatsApp?), swift action, will go above and beyond, very people-centric approach, will make the deal go through regardless of setbacks or delays caused by lawyers, bureaucrats and others involved in the process. And very trustworthy - a word of a man! Very happy with my home!
27th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)I bought my property with John Payne Plumstead recently and dealt with Nathaniell Ward. It was a complex one with many deadlines - but I have to say I couldn’t fault Nathaniell at all. His communication was excellent (even when solicitors weren’t being very helpful!) and was available at all times (sometimes even when he was on leave) to answer my questions and chase for me. I had better communication and updates from Nathaniell compared to my own solicitors and he truly did go above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend more highly. Thank you so much

Was told I would receive an email/ text to confirm my viewing, nothing. 4 hours before the viewing I get a text saying viewing was cancelled and I was asked to reschedule. I replied back saying that if I would still be able to view the second property- no reply. I then asked what day works best for him to reschedule- no reply. Complete lack of professionalism and communication this team member at Foxtons. No replies, no heads up and no communication on alternatives anything at all.
