I rented a property from Winkworth for the final year of my undergraduate degree and from start to finish we had an excellent service. The contract signing process was smooth and efficient and we were assisted with all the questions we had. Any times issues arose Denise was on hand with a solution.
Unfortunately during our tenancy the ceiling collapsed due to building works going on. Of course, this was nothing to do with Winkworth but in the aftermath the service we received was fantastic. Denise worked tirelessly to relocate us to a suitable property and ensured we received the compensation we deserved for the poor quality of service the landlord was offering. Denise turned what should have been a very stressful experience, particularly during exams, into a much more manageable one.
If you're looking to rent a property in Bath, I could not recommend Winkworth and Denise enough.

Lucy was very prompt with getting good photographs of my flat and putting the property online. It was on the market very quickly and there was a high level of interest. Lucy was always prompt for viewings and I was very pleased when a sale was agreed within a couple of weeks of having my flat on the market. Lucy and her team were always friendly and professional on the phone, keeping everyone informed about progress, and the sale went through successfully.

Under the difficulties of Covid rules Matt was always at the end of the phone. My sale was not easy and he always made me feel confident and would tackle any problem immediately and communications were excellent. Matt was always professional, efficient, accommodating and Winkworths is one of the best estate agencies I have worked with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Denise Latham is smart, imbued with common sense and fairness. She has a sense of proportion and humour, and navigates well between all the different parties, ensuring that what can often be high tension and complex is smooth and everyone ends up feeling "good" and valued. Well done! I doubt we will ever be back to renting in Bath, but I would recommend Denise and seek her out if ever that were to be the case. THANK YOU!

Would highly recommend using this company for their rental market services, Denise is a real asset to the company, even contacted me on a Bank holiday Monday after I made an online request. My property was rented out within one day of being on the market. contact was exceptional through out the whole process. would highly recommend over other companies in Bath.
