Throughout this time, they’ve been an absolute pleasure to work with, always being extremely responsive and offering sound advice on the best course of action around a range of challenges. Having Winkworth as my agency for five years or so was nothing short of a pleasure! Tom, Tanya and Kim are all so responsive, great to communicate with and were ALWAYS on the ball and ready to help me or deal with any issues I had. Without a doubt one of the best agency’s you could let from, I always felt secure in my home, valued and even during very difficult times with the Covid-19 pandemic I was treating with respect and kindness. Superb experience and I’m genuinely sad to say goodbye to the team as I leave the property. Great folks, lovely experience over the last year of renting. Ophelia specifically made sure that our building was kept in check, with this actual changes were made when requested. An extremely professional agency and one of the few estate agencies that made a lasting impression on me for what good service over a long period of time is. There are many bad ones out there but this one is one of the good ones.

Tom, Tanya and Ophelia were all consistently helpful in resolving any small issues in the flat and keeping me updated with the schedule of any safety checks being carried out. Tom was throughout, always available on his mobile, going above and beyond and a massive help.
My house sold in a day and you can’t get better than that

We were going through a very difficult and stressful purchase of our dream home. Tom was always there, helping wherever and whenever he could, all along the way, day and night, even on his holidays! Always very knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding. He literally did everything he could to get us through the finishing line! Now we have the keys to our happy ever after home! Thank you very much Tom and Tanya for guiding us through all those difficult times! We will not be buying or selling any properties in a near future, but if we ever do, it would be only with Tom at Winkworth!

Having finally settled into my new home I can’t thank Tania and Tom enough for consistently going above and beyond over the last year to make this happen for me. I had 3 properties to sell, 2 of which were difficult sales involving complicated leases and without their dogged determination these sales would not have completed within the necessary timescale. In each case they achieved a selling price higher than any of the estimates I received from other agents. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
