We had a very pleasant flat search experience with Winkworth Notting Hill. Izzie very quickly understood our brief and was helpful and accommodating in arranging viewings to suit our schedules. Until very very recently. I would have stood by the truth that I don’t like estate agents, that they are a necessary evil.
But. Hand on heart. Nick @ Winkworth N16 has converted me. He never once dropped the ball, always first with a wise, helpful, useful suggestion. Nick (and his team no doubt) made a very stressful process feel supported. Honestly, I really like the guy. Which now means, that there is, in this world, an estate agent that i really like.

Winkworths and particularly Nick have been amazing through out. Very professional and polite. Nick has been so ‘on it’ in chasing all sides to keep the sale of my property moving. His communication is second to none and his regular updates and queries were always much appreciated.
I would highly recommend Winkworths Stoke Newington if you want your home to sell smoothly and feel genuinely supported through this stressful process :) - many thanks Nick and the rest of the Winkworths team!

Winkworth were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The buyer and his solicitor messed me around forever at a difficult time for me. Without Winkworth 'on my side', I might well have given up and taken the flat off the market. They always took my calls, always followed up, always got back to me - that made the difference.

I wasn't overly impressed by the estate agent. While they were upfront about the market and the difficulty in selling, I don't believe they were actively engaged in the marketing of the property. While presence for viewings, I felt that the agent showing lack knowledge of the properly and area with the owners really providing the viewing. When recieving an offer, there was an underlying pressure to accept a bid which was well below our expectations and only through our push back we were able to get a more satisfactory offer. Something I don't think we could have got with the guidance of the estate agent
