Finding a new flat is super stressful, but Imogen's flexibility and knowledge helped set my mind at ease! Having walked through one option with her that wasn't quite what I was looking for, she located a number of other suitable flats in the area and was kind enough to set me up with a last-minute viewing that same day.

I rented a couple of weeks ago and it was a really good experience. It was the first flat I saw, and Emma Peruzzi was my agent and she was extremely professional and really help me in getting the administrative process quickly since I was in a hurry. Really good agency and I would really recommend if you are interested in living in this area and want a good experience since in London is hard to get

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I’ve never had to deal with a property manager as incompetent as Jack Newman from the Battersea branch.
Don’t be lured in by relatively cheap prices. Many of the properties (incl the one I stayed in) are in terrible conditions that you won’t see at first sight. For example, I found out that they knew about water leaks before I moved in, lots of noise from the neighbor above and mice in the flat - they knew about all of this, but never told us. I’d avoid them, there properties and especially Jack at all costs.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with Justin and Winkworth Beaconsfield Estate Agents. Communication was great, I was always kept informed and able to get hold of Justin. The whole process was super easy, quick and transparent! Justin was lovely and Justin had a great sense of humour which always help. I would definitely reach out to the group again for housing needs and look forward to a continued relationship.
