Absolutely Faultless from start to finish. We purchased our house in Jessopp Road Norwich through Winkworth and then retained them to manage the rental.. As we currently live in Asia we were a little worried about communications and just getting things done from afar . Linda (Jackson ) and her team have been excellent. Fast , helpful and understanding. Sorted out cleaning , keys ,some missing alarms etc for us with no fuss and were able to rent the place out within 2 or so weeks to very appropriate tenants . Thank you !!

We have recently sold through Billy at the Eaton branch and have been impressed with his communication, professional approach and manner. It's a breath of fresh air compared to their competition and has been a pleasure to deal with. Anyone thinking of selling, I'd highly recommend. I've dealt with many estate agents and these are one of the better ones!

I cannot fault the service we have had from Winkworth in Eaton. From start to finish they have been open, honest and provided really good communication. George and Kris were amazing when valuing and doing viewings, I was always kept informed and in the loop with feedback. We had a very complicated completion day(s) and Rachel from aftersales was amazing at chasing solicitors to try and resolve the issues, and I felt she really cared about our situation and ensuring we were okay. Don't think we could have gotten it resolved without her input. Highly highly recommend.

We have had an awesome service from Winkworth (Eaton). From start to finish - purchase and sale. Billy was very helpful through the early buying process anything he couldn’t answer he swiftly found out for us. Rachel has been great on after-sales keeping us updated and chasing things when they needed to be. George was a very honest and friendly valuer, made nothing seem like too much trouble. Kris kept us regularly updated on interest and feedback when ours went on the market. All round great service, thank you!
