Worst agency I have come across. Not only did I have multiple issues trying to book viewing and nothing was sorted for 2 weeks or I was lied to. Told I would be notified only for the places to go without hearing anything. Being told they would get back to me and days later after following up no one having a clue what was going on. Luckily I found my 3 bedroom house with a different agency shortly after. However, now trying to get my deposit back. I was told 5 working days from the 28th April from a Ms. Clark through email. Only to follow up and be told its now 5 working days from the 7th May and they didn't see any issues or feel anyone was misinformed. I swear brains is not something this agency has or respect with communication. Always stating its the customers fault or not checking if they did their job and all round unprofessional. Wouldn't even recommend this agency to an enemy. They really hired people from Wish.
After owner response: I can send screenshot of your employee stating it was released on the 28th April and to wait 5 working days. After 5 working days contacting where the money was, then she stated she actually meant the 7th May instead and I was wrong for assuming.....what she told me and taking what she said literally. Your message now of when it's been released doesn't excuse the misinformation provided over several emails by Emma and then acting like all was well. Do better.
