I rent a property through this agent. There are many defects including the combi central heating. I emailed the defect list to the agent on 7 Oct 2021. Until now (2 Dec 2021), no one comes to clear the defects. The engineer "inspected" once that all the defects I had emailed to the agent with clear photos and details description. During this period, at least 13~15 emails I sent out for the defects. My family and I also called more than about 40 times. Most of the time give me no response (both through tel/email). There are so many excuse. The agent will tell the landlord and tell me to wait. The engineer specified by the landlord is busy to come. No parts. The agent tell me to urge the landlord and engineer. The "landlord" tell me that I should not contact her and her engineer told her that no defects need to be retified. Today, the combi central heating is totally breakdown. The agent tells me the same excuse and tell me that the engineer will come on Saturday?! So ridiculous any human can live without hot water and heating in 3 oC for 3 days?
Reply the below reply from your move dated 3/12/2021:
There were 2 engineer who both came once separately for inspection and report the defect to me. Your staff and the "landlord" told me that null need to follow! Now, I don't care the complicated relationship between your party. I just know your move is the sole representative of the property. No one formally tell me who the landlord is! I just know urging you for the maintenance of the defects. RUBBISH!

Very good experience over all with the agency. Emma been really friendly over the phone every time I called and made sure I would be contacted shortly. Many thanks to Carly who has been very helpful, friendly, professional and patient with us. Carly has been able to respond to any queries quick and efficient. She followed the paperwork for us and we had a good communication over emails, which has been really handy as we have limited time to spent over the phone.
Very pleased with Tili as well, helped a lot when had to apply for utilities.

I recently used Your Move Waterlooville for a purchase and then managed let of a property. From offer to completion and then subsequent let the team at Your Move were fantastic, very personable, knowledgable and professional. Very respectful friendly and helpful agents! Steven and Amanda helped me find some where to rent for my two children and I as I needed some where quickly and I was finding it hard to find somewhere. Very reliable as I didnt have much luck with estate agents else where!
