Unfortunately I can't recommend Belvoir. After an impressive initial presentation on how they would market my property, communication dropped off sharply once I signed the contract. I had to email them multiple times whenever I wanted an update or needed to chase an action from their end.
When I received an offer I considered too low and rejected it, the branch manager rolled her eyes at me - an unacceptable way to treat a client.
The due diligence on proof of funds was also poorly handled. I was told funds were available, then that they were in Russia, then that they had been in the UK all along. I'm still not sure whether this was incompetence or a cover-up.
From offer acceptance to exchange and completion took six months, and progress only happened when I threatened to pull the sale and move to another agent.
I can see that Belvoir has received many positive reviews, and I'm glad others have had good experiences. This has simply not been mine as a vendor. I have no doubt Belvoir will have their own response to this - but it is my honest account.

Staffs are kind and professional. Buying or selling houses from overseas could be an easy thing with the help from Belvoir.

We couldn't be happier with the service we received from the Belvoir team during the sale of our home. Had a great viewing of a property in Cheltenham with Natalia W. She came prepared with a hard copy of the property spec for me to keep along with her card, though all my queries were aptly answered whilst we looked around the flat. We had our house with them for 15 weeks approx and only had 1 viewing in all that time I had to call for any updates and communication was only after I called or emailed

I’m trying to sell my current house and wanted to view a property with Belvoir . They refused to let me view the property and told me only 45 mins before the viewing as my current house is not sold yet. Ive never had any other estate agency refuse me a viewing for this reason .I wouldn’t recommend this company at all . 0 stars.
