Since I reported a leak in my property, Alex has regularly kept in touch with me as my managing agent to keep me updated. The property has presented a number of challenges due to its age, but Alex has always arranged for repairs to be made with regular correspondence along the way. I can trust him to handle matters, and I know issues will get fixed thanks to his persistence.

Maybe I left a low score review because I experienced extremely poor service from your Stafford branch & maybe I didn't leave any comments because I didn't want any further contact as I gave you plenty of opportunities at the time to resolve any issues which you failed to do.
Thank you for taking the time to reply but looking at your previous responses to other disgruntled customers, you appear to be not the best at taking criticism nor accepting poor performance on your part.

Difficult to judge when you have had little traffic to view the property with no explanantion as to why? Was it the wrong time of year, was it the advertising (little evidence)?
Value for money, we spend nothing.
The agency was friendly but lacked in keeping us informed.
