Want a honest, reliable, friendly estate agent, then Elliot from Bond Oxborough Phillips, Okehampton is your man. Elliot helped hugely by checking out a contract we had with another estate agent and showed us their faults & flaws, before we changed to BOP.
Before we even had photographs of our property, Elliot had a viewer lined up, who put in an offer straight away. Excellent service.
Elle has been great, being our liaison between the solicitors & chasing everything up, which meant it was less stressful to us. She even went out her way on her day off to check in with us on completion day.
Very pleased with the outcome from Bond Oxborough and would recommend this Okehampton branch. Thank you all.

When choosing an estate agent it can be a bit of a minefield! And after a lengthy chat with the team at Bond Oxborough Wadebridge it was clear that they offered a difference worth putting trust in.
A trust that was rewarded by the service and the attention from every person, from the senior management to the people who are your daily contact in the process.
Their knowledge, expertise and advice goes deeper and is more relevant than other agents, previously experienced, and if you are looking of an agent that understands your locality they are well worth appointing.

All the staff are easy to deal with, friendly, kind and professional. This is by far the best estate agency we have had dealings with. You really feel they have your back and they have bent over backwards to sell our house and progress the sale to completion. They have actually made the process enjoyable, a first! They are a really great bunch of human beings, not a comment often connected with this profession. We would highly recommend them and have already done so.

After unsuccessful efforts with another agent, we switched to Bond Oxborough Phillips and met Elliot Jack. Throughout what has become an 15-month relationship, Elliot has been in regular contact, explaining the situation and offering advice. When it became apparent, after 12 months, that the market was stagnating, he selflessly suggested a Modern Auction company and continued to support us and them in what became the final sale of the property on 2nd April 2026. In addition, Elle Walpole, during the time BOP were mrketing the property was an engaged and responsive support to Elliot.
My wife and I heartily recommend Elliot and the BOP office in Okehampton.

All aspects of the sale of my property were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found.
