All the staff are easy to deal with, friendly, kind and professional. This is by far the best estate agency we have had dealings with. You really feel they have your back and they have bent over backwards to sell our house and progress the sale to completion. They have actually made the process enjoyable, a first! They are a really great bunch of human beings, not a comment often connected with this profession. We would highly recommend them and have already done so.

After unsuccessful efforts with another agent, we switched to Bond Oxborough Phillips and met Elliot Jack. Throughout what has become an 15-month relationship, Elliot has been in regular contact, explaining the situation and offering advice. When it became apparent, after 12 months, that the market was stagnating, he selflessly suggested a Modern Auction company and continued to support us and them in what became the final sale of the property on 2nd April 2026. In addition, Elle Walpole, during the time BOP were mrketing the property was an engaged and responsive support to Elliot.
My wife and I heartily recommend Elliot and the BOP office in Okehampton.

Our Experience with Bond Oxborough Phillips in Tavistock has been great.
Seamless from viewing to exchange, Liz has been totally amazing, with her vast knowledge of the area we have been able to settle here in Devon with ease.
She has walked the entire journey with us answering any questions we had , and offering her unwavering support and brilliance , making everything easy and stress free.

Absolutely amazing. Tracey has been so helpful every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble. I even got to view the house a second time to measure up etc.prior to moving in. Very professional lady, everything was dealt with promptly and it was a very smooth, fast and trouble free process. Thank you so much Tracey, you're a credit to Bond Oxborough Phillips.

All aspects of the sale of my property were dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. An initial valuation gave me confidence that the agents had a good knowledge of the local housing market. After listing the property, there was a flow of conducted viewings that led to a suitable buyer being found.
