Bond oxborough holsworthy were extremely helpful and kind. I can’t think of any faults, they were informative with clear communication as well as being kind and supportive. Special shoutouts to Becky and Holly who I felt gave such a personal approach it felt like I was working with a friend. We viewed about 5 other properties before speaking with bond oxborough and I can confidently say that bond oxborough offer much more of a friendly and professional service. The buying process was very stressful because of things going wrong with the lower part of our chain. However Elle was helpful and supportive all the way , we cannot praise her enough !

I was very pleased with the service l got from Louie l found him very friendly and really easy to talk to. He was very helpful with all aspects of the sale. He made me feel very happy and excited about my purchase and l am very happy with the service that Louie gave me. I would recommend him to anyone and hope his future as an estate agent very highly.

My partner and I brought our first home through Anna at BOP and everything was perfect! We viewed the property on the Friday and by the end of Monday our offer was accepted! Anna was so helpful, going through the processes with us and was a huge help in speeding things along when solicitors were being slower than we would have liked. We were in our new home within 10 weeks! Couldn’t recommend Anna enough!

Fantastic service from Bond Oxborough Phillips Holsworthy for our sale and purchase. Mat was really helpful when advising on selling our property and kept us in the loop with properties coming on the market that might be of interest. Cat was fantastic at the initial viewing, really knowledgable and was able to answer all our questions. Holly in sales progression couldn't have been more helpful keeping us up to date with the progress and on the phone whenever we had a question. The rest of the team who carried out viewings were always really pleasant and were quick with giving us feedback. Highly recommend.

I didn't need a full management service, but the BOP lettings team were more than happy to help manage the initial pre-letting process on my property. This included clear advice so that I could understand my obligations, the necessary checks and inspections and the letting agreement itself. They did an excellent efficient job, communicating well with myself and tenants throughout the process and staying within their original budget estimate. They delivered great value for money and I can thoroughly recommend BOP to anyone with property to let in the Torrington area.
