Through your the whole process they were so helpful, and the contact was excellent. I started my journey with Emma in the Ammanford office who was marvellous so helpful and very polite.
I would recommend this company and give them a 10/10 for the service they deliver

Can't thank the Crickhowell team enough with helping us secure our forever home! Special mention to Lynne for showing us around the home and also making space in her diary last minute for a second viewing. Lynne was also very responsive to emails and was updating us as soon as she had any extra information to share. Thank you again!

I was very pleased with the friendly efficient team, especially Lynne, at the Crickhowell branch of Clee . Nothing was too much trouble for them and their expert advice was of great help. They were instrumental in getting a good price for the property we were selling.

After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have!
All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
