from initial valuation Rob and his team were always professional & honest they kept in touch with myself as the seller and the buyers throughout the transaction and pushed it over the line in less than 12 weeks ,they always answered the phone or email immediately - I'd million percent recommend Clee to give yourself the best chance of selling in these difficult economic times

I could not be more happy with the service I received from this estate agency .
They took great photos to advertise my property . The first viewer put an offer in immediately which I accepted .
I was kept informed of everything happening from start to finish . Such lovely friendly efficient staff .I cant rate them high enough honestly .
They were so helpful .

We recently purchased our first home from Clee Ammanford. The team were really helpful throughout the whole process. As first time buyers, we initially found the whole process quite daunting but the staff at Clee (particularly Lucy) supported us every step of the way. We found everyone we spoke to at Clee really friendly and professional throughout.

I have dealt with Clee’s for many years now, both as a buyer and seller. I return to them for one reason….Trust!
The team are warm, friendly, personable and professional….old school values that instil confidence from the moment you walk through the door.
You will be updated regularly on progress and made to feel like you are their only client; you are important to them and they treat you accordingly.
I believe most of the team are Welsh speakers which is a bonus in an area such as Ammanford.
If you’re looking for an agent, try them, I am confident in my recommendation which is not given lightly.

After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have!
All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.
