The team are all excellent and compliment each other wonderfully. They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Their friendliness and attention to detail meant that I never felt uncomfortable or foolish when asking questions or advice. They are very supportive of their customers and nothing was ever too much trouble. I heartily recommend them.

Can not fault Clee in pontadawe from start to finish ! Josh on his valuation and Rob .. and Carol keeping me updated every week . They all worked as a team and explained every step of the way ! Always someone there to explain the next steps! It was a difficult time for me selling and they were all so supportive! Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again ! Many thanks .. great professional service ! Top class !

After more than two years with another estate agent and a sale falling through, I remarketed with CTF. I had 3 agents come to see my house and felt a great energy from the CTF agent which is why I opted to market with them. In 3 months I had more viewings than in 9 months with my previous agent. They listened to me and my feelings and experience with internet marketing. My house sold and completed within 3 months, whether due to timing or otherwise, but throughout I had great communication and feedback from the agent. In fact, my house sale completed only 2 weeks after the previous sale which fell through would have!
All of the staff I spoke to were friendly, polite and seemed genuinely pleased for me and I would recommend Clee Tompkknson Francis to a friend.

We sold our house in October with the team in Llandeilo and had a great experience. The whole team were helpful and easy to deal with, and communication was really good throughout.
