Jeffries & Dibbens has a strong reputation for combining local property knowledge with a well-structured approach to sales and lettings. The valuation service and dedicated move-management support are particularly useful, as having someone guide the process from offer through to completion can make a property move much easier. I also like the balance between face-to-face service at the local branch and wider customer support. Overall, they come across as an experienced and well-organised estate agency with a genuine understanding of the Portsmouth market.

Harry and his team would ring me on a regular basis to keep me informed about clients, viewing etc. Once they found a buyer, they kept in close contact regarding the sale. They saved me a lot of time by giving me a list of solicitors, so I could google which company I wanted to work with ref. contracts.<br>Harry sorted out a couple of problems as I was abroad.<br>Overall an excellent service and I highly recommend them.

We can’t thank Jeffries (Drayton branch) enough for their support with selling our home.
