Absolutely awful. Delayed necessary maintenance by weeks because their preferred contractor (someone's dad) was under the weather. Ended up locked out of our bathroom and needing an emergency locksmith to dismantle the disintegrating handle.

We recently sold our house through Jeffries & Dibbens Havant and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough.<br><br>A special thank you to Rob, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. Our move became extremely stressful at times and the final few days really went down to the wire, but Rob was always available, kept us updated, chased everyone constantly and went above and beyond to help keep everything moving.<br><br>He was honest, proactive and clearly genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line. Without Rob’s help, we honestly don’t think the move would have completed when it did.<br><br>A huge thank you to Rob and the whole team at Jeffries & Dibbens Havant. We really appreciate everything they did for us.<br>??????????

I’ve been liaising with Harry and Holly at Jeffries regarding a BTL purchase over the last 20 weeks. The transaction itself has been far from straightforward, with both sets of solicitors proving extremely difficult to deal with at times, but Jeffries have been absolutely fantastic throughout.<br><br>Harry and Holly have communicated regularly, chased queries between all parties, and gone above and beyond to keep things moving. They have done far more than I would have expected from an estate agent on this particular transaction, and their support has genuinely made a difficult process much easier.<br><br>I would highly recommend Jeffries. They have been professional, reliable, proactive and excellent with communication from start to finish.<br><br>Thanks again.
