We sold our property and also brought with John german the whole experience was made so easy constantly keeping us upto date with feedback on the viewings we had and working hard to show us property's, everyone was so friendly and tried there best to answer any concerns we had , to be given a dedicated member of staff once we had sold and brought to do all the chasing up was amazing and took the pressure off us (thanks vicky) .I would highly recommend John german and would not hesitate to use again .

First class service from everyone in the office at Uttoxeter from initial contact re valuation of my property. Throughout the whole process I was kept informed and helped if needed to the conclusion of the my property Sale. I can not recommend the Uttoxeter office enough as they are superb.

Roz at John German was fantastic in helping to sell our house. The process to get the house on the market was very quick and simple. Viewings were booked in to work around us and feedback was provided to us in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave.
Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her.
All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.
