After a tough few months of a bad marketplace they worked really hard to make sure we got the best value we could. Just accepted an offer on our house so really pleased with them, lets see if that translates as well though the rest of the process, but so far Sam and co have been great.

Keenans Bury are in the process of selling my property for me and I honestly could not be happier with the service I have been given. Emily, in the office, has been so good at keeping me posted with absolutely everything that they have been doing on my behalf. Looking for a property while working full time is often difficult so I probably missed out on some lovely homes in my search. I spoke to Abigail and she listened to my requirements, sent through property profiles and, with Jess, set up viewings all on the same day. I met with David at the properties and the whole viewing process was seamless. Professional and outstanding service by all and, needless to say, I have put forward an offer on a property I saw and it was accepted.

First time buyer wishing I didn’t trust Keenan’s. They pretend they have several higher offers to strong arm you into offering more. Lie about access to the property so you can’t have professionals check for rising damp ect. Then threaten to put the house back on the market if you don’t agree with the terms. House ended up needed 20k worth of additional repairs. All round dishonest and only interested in the sale. They’re rude and evasive. Beware

I am currently buying a house through Keenans and have found their staff to be both polite, efficient and most importantly keen to keep me updated. I have dealt with Max Uttley in the Clitheroe office and Ella Warmsley in the Burnley office.

I had an excellent experience with Keenans. The team were hardworking on my behalf and kept in regular contact. Once the house was sold, Ella Walmsley kept me regularly updated with the sale process and was a great support throughout. I would certainly recommend Keenans and use them again in the future.
