In my experience with dealing with the sale of a house within the Rossendale area, I found Keenan’s sales support team to be lacking in friendly and collaborative communication. This isn’t everyone, though, all colleagues represent the company.
I appreciate this is subjective and only my personal perspective.

I was very happy with the over all service from Keenan's in my latest property move. Everything was seamless and easy to follow in terms of signing tenancy agreements and referencing etc. I was Particularly happy with the service from Phillipa in the move team who helped us with the finer details and some complications regarding the tenancy agreement which started to cause some concern but was resolved quickly and efficiently.

He was friendly, and polite. He did a thorough check around and was pleased.
It’s nice someone chatty coming as letting a stranger into your home can be overwhelming. But it was as swift and nice as we could have imagined and put us at ease :)

Why have you posted a letter to my property with no address on the envelope we find this very intrusive and a little strange , when we opened it you are wanting me to sell my home ?
