Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!

I recently rented a flat through KFH Chiswick, I dealt with Rebecca and Alisdair who were absolutely amazing. From the property viewing until the move, I was updated throughout process. I was treated and dealt with professionally. If I had a query Rebecca would get back to me promptly. Dealing with KFH was the smoothest part of my move, I would definitely recommend this agency. Five stars!

KFH have been excellent and v professional from the first time I dealt with them. Visar was very supportive and encouraging, from the entire process of getting my flat ready, through to the listing. Veronika is an excellent negotiator.I felt she was committed to helping me find good tenants from the start ,and this took a load off my mind. Thank you for your help, definitely 5 stars!!

Used KFH to find a property to rent, I have been dealing with Sam exclusively and have had a very positive experience. He’s been very quick to respond to questions and liaising with our now landlord.

I can't recommend Siobhan and the team at KFH Sydenham enough, we had a really positive experience from start to finish. It was valued and everything arranged to get it up on the market really quickly. The photos were very professional and showed our property in its best light. They immediately had lots of viewings arranged with prospective buyers and we secured a buyer very quickly. There were numerous times throughout the sale process where Siobhan stepped in to guide us through keeping things on track. If it wasn't for Siobhan's prompting at a key point we likely would not have been able to complete on our desired date. Thanks very much to the entire team for all their hard work
