We approached a few estate agents to handle the sale of our house and we are absolutely delighted to have chosen KFH for this. Since we were not hugely familiar with the process of selling property and expected to be out of the country before completion, we really needed someone who would take us through all the hoops on fire and guide us through the process as painlessly as possible. We first met Maxine who was an absolute gem! She explained the entire process extremely well and how she would recommend we approach the sale itself without forcing anything. She clearly had an in-depth knowledge of the area and local property market which put us at ease very quickly. The sale was then managed by David in her team who was equally polite, reactive and professional all the way through always seeking the best outcome for both parties in the sale keeping us informed regularly on how things were progressing. Whilst we are sad to part with our family home, David and Maxine played a huge part in making this much easier to cope with and find a lovely family who we are sure will spend many more happy years in this house.

KFH were totally professional from the first evaluation visit. Andrew was exceptional, the only person in the chain that kept all the lawyers dancing and on their toes. He made it happen. More than worth paying the extra commison for. The higher valuation was spot on. The extra £1000 in fees on a competitor was more than offset by achieving a sale £35000 higher and gained the benefit of Andrew's hard work and professionalism. Not one whinge.

KFH generally performed very well throughout the process of selling our house. We liked the way they worked as a team and that we were able to talk to any of the sales team about our property. In particular Siobhan was absolutely outstanding. Apart from introducing the buyer she was 'on the case' from beginning to end to ensure that the sale was completed, navigating through some tricky waters, ensuring our buyer and the respective solicitors were progressing as quickly as possible. I had a good experience letting my property through KFH Beckenham. I dealt initially with Simone, and then Kerri who found me the tenants. The initial meeting didn’t feel like a hard sell but a professional and authoritative valuation. I was impressed that they had a large team of lettings staff, all aiming to arrange viewings to get my place under offer. The KFH network of branches worked well as they found a tenant who had not originally been searching in.Beckenham. Once they had found a tenant they were diligent about all of the checks and pre-rental processes and procedures. They were ‘on it’. Not the cheapest rental agency, but reasonable value for money, given their professionalism and quality of service.

So they are not a bad place to go. As a tenant they are professional, but it can mean they come across very clinical in their approach. They have a great high quality selection of properties, but i think that you should always try make amendments to any contract you make as their can be very unforgiving if you get in a tight spot. On the flip side I think they are good for Landlords to use. Over all they are a bit pricey but generally come across as a higher quality service. Personally i prefer a more human and adhoc approach from landlords as a tenant.

I initially listed my home with the sales team but the market dipped and I would not agree to the massive drop the sales team seemed able to justify. I then listed it with the lettings team and I was delighted with the response. Several visits were arranged in a matter of days. After 1 week I had to reduce the advised monthly letting fee by £150 which was frustrating but after approx. 2 moths my home was successfully with all terms acceptable to me.
2 concerns: 1. KFH overpriced both the sale and the letting fees initially so do your own research first; and 2. When house sales decreased I wish someone from the lettings team had approached me with letting as a possible option.
NANCY INGLIS: Nancy was my lettings agent and was, from day one a 1st class negotiator. She listened to everything I expected and no prospect visited my home, who did not fit the brief I had provided. Nancy was great to work with, very personable, easily contactable with a real approachable and fun personality. I enjoyed meeting her and I could tell her clients enjoyed working with her too. A truly exceptional professional.

I found the service to be excellent and with no fuss. They keep in touch and provide regular updates. I found there was a steady flow of footfall into the property I was selling. I dealt with various members of the sale team all of whom are keen and proactive. My dealings were mainly with Sophie who introduced introduced my buyer. It appeared to me she brought balanced perspective to the sale as a whole which was decisive in encouraging both sides to agree a sale and purchase respectively. As estate agents go I don't think you'll get better in South East. We have bought sold and rented from kfh Beckenham and always receive a decent service. Rentals could be a little more thorough as the property we rent although new had a lot of issues that needed sorting and continue to do so. Although granted that they are only a middle man and the true responsibility lies with the landlord - communication could have been better handled and the promise of a cleaned house should have been executed. Note that if it hadn't been for the rental would have give 5 stars.

Looking for a property to rent was very difficult until I got in touch with KFH and was introduced to Ismail Hussein. He immediately found properties that suited my criteria and budget. I chose the properties that Intrested me and the very same day Ismail took me to view them. He even offered to take me there himself as I don't drive. The service he gave me and my family was exceptional he was constantly in contact, updating me on what was going on and helping in any way he can. He found me and my family the perfect home and I would definitely go to him in the future for rentals. Very professional but so genuine and helpful without a doubt it's the best experience I've had finding a property.

I would like to say big THANK YOU to Billie Blankson for helping us finding our new home. Since the first moment I had a great feeling after I spoke on the phone to Billie. We were struggling to find a new place for me, my partner and his son as our annual earnings were refused by every company we tried. But Billie was actually the one who phoned me after I applied for one of your company's offers on the internet. She was very patient and explained me all of the options. That day we've seen a few flats with her and it was actually such a great day, we felt very comfortable having Billie with us, she gave us her opinions, again I have to mention her amazing patience, she gave us time we needed at each property, me and my partner could comfortably talk to her and ask questions. Where should I start.. Firstly to point out that whilst searching for the property to rent in the area we came across a few other estate agencies and been shown a several flats. We were left literally to ourselves. Lack of required income to pass the references and other things like lack of an extra effort by agents to understand more our needs, didn't give us much hope... Until we met Billie Blankson from KFH Beckenham office.Very nice and polite lady.
We met her with our requirements, and possible issues which may occur and the journey have started. She was so friendly and open and gave us that comfortable feeling. Like we knew her for long time. That day Billie has shown us 5 properties. On each one we spent good amount of time and never felt to be rushed off. We've discussed about everything together. She shared her thoughts with us..
We finally made our decision.
Admin part of job was really easy. Everything was sent to us via email and was signed off electronicly. Any issues, she was always there to help!
I think that every estate agent should be like Billie Blankson. To be able to provide high quality customer service and at same time to be professional,uderstandable, friendly, patient..

Our letting agent, Billie, was very helpful during the the negotiation stages. Very prompt response, and answers that put us at ease. We were also shown around the place and found the whole experience very professional throughout. I would recommend KFH very highly, and are using them for our buying search.
