As a first-time buyer, I’ve had a great experience with Manning Stainton in Guiseley. They really took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. Compared to other estate agents I dealt with, they genuinely cared and were always happy to help. A quote that stuck with me during a viewing was "you should treat every buyer in the same regard as a seller" and I don't think other firms have that same mentality. A big thank you to Simone and Aimee, who were both brilliant throughout.

We recently sold our property with Manning Stainton and have been so pleased with their service and professionalism. Habib was our sales negotiator, and he was amazing. Always keeping in touch with us, organising our viewings around our schedule and coming back to us quickly if we had any queries. Special thanks also to Emma who did our valuation, who was also lovely and got everything sorted for us quickly. Thanks again to you all, and we will definitely use Manning Stainton again when needed.

Bought a property marketed by Manning Stainton, and had regular contact with both Gemma and Rochelle during this process. Both were excellent, keeping in regular communication and doing everything they could to make sure the process went well. This was despite a huge error made by a solicitor earlier in the chain, resulting in significant additional complication. Would be very happy to buy a property through Manning Stainton again as a result of this.
Our experience of viewing properties marked by Manning Stainton was mixed (we saw quite a lot, since our house was on the market for a while). Some of their colleagues were great at the viewing, others seemed disinterested or knew nothing about the property. I'm sure this is hard when they have a lot of houses on the market, but at the time it made us feel we had made the right decision in using a different agent to sell ours.

Manning Stainton handled the sale of our property. All involved in the sale, and every team member we had contact with were very professional. The team managed the viewings, queries and negotiations, and despite some issues, with buyers pulling out and having to re-list the property, they achieved an asking a price we were happy with and the final sale went through without a hitch. We first met Emma who was our initial contact, advising us on the saleability of the house and a realistic asking price. Our main contact at Manning was Debbie, who guided us through the sales to completion. Debbie was very approachable and supportive throughout the sale process. We would definitely use Manning again to list any future house sales.

Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.
