I have switched Estate agents to Manning Stainton and oh my what a difference, the sales staff have been on point every step of the way with arranging viewings and the photographs of the house finally serve it justice and has had so many more viewing in a month than we had in a year from the previous estate agent.<br>The house is now sold thanks to Debbie Cundill-Houghton who deserves a wage rise for all the hard work and chasing she has done for our previous time wasters. Every step of the way she has kept us up to date and got is over the line for us. Thank you so much.<br>??

Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.
