Excellent service. Very friendly and helpful staff. They get on with everything very quickly and keep you informed and up to date with everything. When you call the branch they answer, no answering machine and waiting all day to call you back, I would definitely recommend.

Gemma and Rochelle at the Pudsey branch are absolutely fantastic, and we honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Our sellers' agent and our solicitors, frankly, weren't pulling their weight — but Gemma and Rochelle kept on at them and pushed things forward, getting us answers far quicker than we'd have managed on our own.<br>The real standout moment though: with both of us juggling twins at home, Rochelle personally offered to drive out to the other agents' branch — some distance away — to pick up our keys and bring them back to us at Pudsey. That's above and beyond by anyone's measure.<br>They're personable, genuinely kind, endlessly helpful, and just lovely to deal with throughout. Gemma and Rochelle are a real credit to Manning Stainton — thank you both so much!

Only one viewing throughout the marketing period, we didn’t feel they pushed the property at all, we did a large reduction within the marketing time and received no feedback from the office even though it was promised, our point of contact switched half way through but nobody told us or introduced themselves, when we advised we were taking it off the market nobody made notes/acknowledged or followed it through, we had to chase when the property would be off the market and board removed and the office didn’t know what we were talking about, boards still here over 3 wks after it was removed from market.

Awful service. Had to take several attempts to get photographs right and then proceeded to gossip to our neighbours about our personal moving plans. Very unprofessional and a serious breach of client confidentiality. Avoid unless you want your personal plans revealing to your entire local area.

As a first time buyer, the process with Manning Stainton in Horsforth was very smooth and stress free. The estate agents put me in contact with a very useful Mortgage advisor, who made that side of things extremely easy (especially for someone new to the process). The agent overseeing my purchase was Kyle, who kept me informed regularly throughout the process and who was extremely useful in answering questions etc throughout the whole thing. Thank you!
