From start to finish Manning Stainton were amazing. From our first meeting with Emma and then Charlotte who was with us every step of the way - we couldn’t have asked for more! Charlotte kept us up to date daily (often more than once!) and I can’t recommend her enough. 10 STARS!!!!

We have just exchanged contacts on our house and Manning Stainton - in particular Kyle Guy from the Horsforth office - has been excellent in pushing the process through. From the moment of sale, Kyle coordinated everything and went above and beyond to chase people up and get things moving as quickly as possible. He had a handle over all aspects at all times and kept us updated at every opportunity. I think we would still be waiting for it to all be finished if it wasn't for Kyle!
Charlotte Murrie from the Pudsey office was sorting out higher up the chain and was also incredibly helpful, particularly when our initial sake fell through and was instrumental in advising us to switch from our original estate agents to Manning Stainton. All in all a difficult process made easier by two professionals.

Really quick to come out and view my property. Gave me great advice about how to price, clear on fees and managed to get viewings and offers very quickly. Some communication issues at the start as the specific agent was on holiday and had to speak to whomever was available led to a slight delay in accepting an offer. But nevertheless still very good and would recommend.

Pleasant staff but no regular feed back or plan to sell until I complained.
I think they need to think about various ways to improve the marketing of properties, rather than just suggesting reducing the price. Anyone can process a sale but not many can sell! Thats the difference.

This was my first property I ever sold. My sale was managed by Karly Bibby at Manning Stainton (Moortown Branch). She kept me well informed and updated on every stage. Although my asking price was lower than my target price, Karly worked very hard to reach my target price. So happy now ????????????.

Manning Stainton were ok, but not great. They carried out all of the viewings for me, which was good, and I’d accepted an offer within a couple of weeks, which was also good. But I’d have liked a bit more proactivity from them in watching the market between me agreeing to sell with them and the sale going live - that was something I ended up doing myself. Some of the updates they gave me were inaccurate, which added to my stress levels. At times, after I’d accepted an offer, it felt as though they had forgotten that I was their client (rather than the buyer). On more than one occasion they updated me on what I had done/what my solicitors had done (which I already knew!), rather than on what the buyer/their solicitors had done (which would have been far more helpful).
