Manning Stainton in Pudsey have being brilliant from start to finish with our flat sale and I would strongly recommend them. Aimee and her team were outstanding in the marketing of my property and the quality in potential buyers was exceptional. Compared to a rival estate agent who; in my opinion, were lazy and derisive, MS were wonderful, they really cared about property and sought the best deal for myself. I will go back to market in 5yrs and will definitely be return to MS

Manning Stainton has supplied a superb professional service throughout the sale of my property. All the staff members have been fantastic, especially Macy McCormack, whom I dealt with most often. Communication was excellent, advice offered was valuable and my property sold quickly and over the expected price. Can't ask for much more!!

Had a wonderful experience with Sandra showing us around a property today. We’ve had a lot of experience with estate agents, from either looking to rent, buy, or living in a property that’s for sale with frequent viewings, and Sandra has been the best by a mile. It was refreshing to have such a friendly estate agent who knows so much about the property (when you’re usually met with “I’m not sure”), and she discussed in depth what you could do with the property on a human level without any forced selling, plus a bonus was she had knowledge of the area too. You were great, thanks so much again Sandra!

Would not recommend. Over brightened pictures. Lack of communication and the icing on the cake is ringing the agent about your own property to be told they are not selling it.
