I've just sold my house through Pearsons and had a very good experience. They came to value the house within a couple days of my initial enquiry and had taken pictures and put it on the market not long after that. They kept me in the loop during the initial marketing and made a real effort to attract viewings. From the initial introduction visit through to the handover of keys, everything with Pearsons felt very personal. Sound advice on all aspects of the process was offered throughout, including the very difficult decision to “split” our chain in order to ensure we retained our buyers. Regular progress updates on how the move was proceeding were provided by the team which in turn gave us the confidence that we were fully informed of all that was happening.
