We recently sold our house through Pedder and had a very positive experience. Trevor and Catharine were professional, efficient, and knowledgeable, which made the process run smoothly from start to finish.
Their understanding of the Dulwich market and surrounding areas was evident and helped us feel confident in their advice and approach. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and they were always on hand to answer any questions.
Overall, we were very pleased with the service provided by Pedder and would recommend them, particularly Trevor and Catharine, to others looking to sell their home.

Ben and his colleagues, Daniel and Basak, did a fantastic job. I contacted them to arrange a property valuation, and within a few days, my property was listed. Ben and his team kept me informed throughout the viewing process, and they managed to secure a buyer in less than two weeks. The communication with Pedder was very smooth. I highly recommend their services.

We have just finished the tenancy with Pedder Dulwich Village and they seem to be heavily favouring landlords for checkout deposit process. We paid for an expensive professional end of tenancy clean but pedder inventory clerk reported such minor issues that it looked hilarious to even notice it.
Similarly, they didn't take normal wear and tear into account and Pedder just asked me to talk directly to the landlord for deposit negotiations instead of looking to propose and release the deposit. It sounds a big pain to get the deposit back.
I would refrain from taking a property again from Pedder and suggest them to be practical so that people have a smooth experience.

We sold our property through Pedder Forest Hill, and was very happy with the service. Shannon came to value our property and was very professional and friendly. We instructed Pedder for the sale of our house and was under offer within a week! The process was smooth and easy from valuation to completion, would highly recommend Pedder estate agents!

Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
Recommendation = avoid
