We bought our house with Pedder Brockley and had a great experience. We had been looking for a while and had mixed experiences with estate agents- some were chaotic and several were untrustworthy. However Pedder and Alp in particular was definitely the best agent we worked with, so I was really glad that we ended up buying the house with them. Alp was very friendly, diligent and proactive, making sure we always were kept informed and moving the process along without being pushy or chaotic. Most importantly we didn’t feel like he was trying to con or manipulate us. Would highly recommend and wish more agents worked like this!

Fantastic agents who sold my house recently. Trevor was my main contact and was so helpful especially with the delays on my end getting the property on the market.<br>Photographs were fantastic and really helped to sell the property quickly.

My flat has been rented through Pedder for a year now.<br>Speaking as a first time Landlord, and as one that is not local to the property, the Pedder managed service has been a great comfort to me. They handle every aspect of the letting from tenants, contracts, rental collection, to the ever increasing regulations and, on the practical side of things, Derek in portfolio management has been a great help for me as a Landlord, and for the tenant too.<br>It all makes my life a whole lot easier. We chose Pedder to sell our home. They were great from start to finish and a huge thanks is due to Shannon and Daniel for their considerable expertise and help along the way. They really know the local area, worked very hard for us and took a lot of stress out of the process. Highly recommended.

Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
Recommendation = avoid
