I chose to go with Pedder because from my first contact, they were prompt, efficient, friendly and professional. In such an important and complicated process as selling a house I really appreciated how good they were at communicating with me and how approachable they were. And I must say a special thank you to Shannon, who was absolutely integral to making things happen and keeping a vital channel of communication open between me and the buyers. Without her intervention we could have been thousands of pounds worse off and the sale would have taken much longer. Great experience all around, from the first viewing to the completion date.
I felt that the information given to me was always fair and accurate. Pedder did not try to push me in any direction but were always quick to answer all of my queries.
Ben West was my main contact throughout the period and did a tremendous job in navigating the sometimes difficult relationships between the various stakeholders.
Ben also went beyond his normal duties and helped me on numerous occasions, making the overall process much easier.
Would definitely recommend them.

We bought from client with Pedder this year. It wasn't an easy process for various reasons, but Ben was great throughout the process, always excellent communication and mediation between sellers, solicitors in the chain, ourselves, and our agents. Would definitely use Pedder again, if we were to sell.

Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
Recommendation = avoid
