We had a brilliant experience working with Alp who went above and beyond to help us purchase our first flat. We bought our first family home with Pedder Crofton Park, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience as first-time buyers. Our estate agent, Alp Kilinc, was kind, helpful, and courteous throughout the whole process. He was quick to respond, always honest, and so easy to communicate with, which means the world when you’re navigating the process for the first time. Alp is genuinely genuine and you can tell he truly cares about the people he works with. He was reassuring every step of the way, which made what can be a stressful experience feel so much calmer. He was always available whenever we needed advice, never making us feel like a burden. Being local to Crofton Park, he truly knows the area and the community, which made the experience all the more personal. We are so thankful to Alp for being so lovely. Just a typical estate agent that are nice to you to get you to sign the contract, after that they treat you like they are the ones doing you a favour. Very rude and abrupt, you’d think there would be an element of care or desire to provide great customer service considering the amount of competition there is.
