In the early stages of purchasing a property with pygott and crone but I cannot fault the service George Reed has provided us. He has been attentive to all our questions and concerns, could not have asked for better support! Rick turner also deserves a mention for his support with all our viewings. Rick was lovely and extremely knowledgeable :) would recommend if you are considering purchasing or selling a home

Exceptional experience selling with Pygotts Grantham, the process from valuation, official listing to viewers and a sale was under 2 weeks which is exactly what we were hoping for to get a shot at buying a house we loved!
Luke came round out of hours and was really enthusiastic about our property, this gave a great feeling from the off.
The whole team throughout the process were brilliant, handled all viewings, key management for surveys, constant communications, and helping push the chain along every step of the way. Special shout out to Luke, Keelan, Demi & Rosie

Very efficient and professional estate agents, I was particularly impressed with their marketing and the volume of interest they created in a very flat market.
Always respond promptly, very proactive and concise in all communications.
Extremely happy with the service provided and thank you to all the team. Special mentions for Nicky and Leanne who really went the extra mile in making the process as stress free and painless as possible. Thank you.

We have just sold our house and completed with Pygott & Crone in Grantham, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service.
From the very beginning, Luke the branch manager, was fanatic. He valued our home, handled all of the viewings himself & was professional, super knowledgeable and friendly. Once the sale was agreed with Kaylee we then dealt with Rosie, the sales progressor who was absolutely brilliant. Helped us all the way through and the complications that came with the solicitor. Having someone as helpful made a huge difference.

A massive thank you to the team at Pygott & Crone. We recommend them highly to anyone selling their home. ? ? ? ? ?

I would highly recommend Edward Nearn for anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He has been incredibly helpful throughout the process of valuing my house, providing me with all the information and advice I needed and taking the time to answer any questions I had. He has been professional, friendly, approachable and supportive from the start, which has made the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Edward has also kindly offered to help me find my next home once the sale of my current property is complete, which I really appreciate. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping his clients, and I’m very grateful for all his help so far. Thank you, Edward for your excellent service!

After 38 years in our house we were not aware how hands on estate agents were. Pygott & Crone we’re very professional but friendly and helpful from the start. The man assigned to us was always there to answer questions or visit if needed.
