Very disappointing experience. As a cash buyer, I spent several days trying to arrange a viewing, only to be told that the only available slot was 4:30pm despite repeatedly explaining I could not attend at that time. After having to chase for responses, I was then informed that another offer had been received and no further viewings would be taking place.<br><br>An offer is not a sale, and I find it difficult to believe that a vendor would be pleased to learn that a serious, proceedable buyer was never given the opportunity to view their property due to a lack of flexibility and poor communication.<br><br>I appreciate estate agents are busy, but this experience left me with the impression that securing the best outcome for the vendor was secondary to diary management.

We have recently bought a house through Pygott and Crone and have had a great experience. The staff have been really approachable in helping us find the right home and have been so quick to respond and relay messages throughout the purchase process. This has made the process much smoother and helped us get the move date we hoped for. I highly recommend using Pygott and Crone

After 38 years in our house we were not aware how hands on estate agents were. Pygott & Crone we’re very professional but friendly and helpful from the start. The man assigned to us was always there to answer questions or visit if needed.
