My family are more than happy with the professional and friendly service we have had from Julian at the Pinner branch. At first I was nervous so had a lot of questions regarding renting our house. He was very patient and explained everything. He has years of experience, which he shares and tailored to our particular need. The brochure, wording and photography for the listing is amazing. The service from Julian and his team are seamless.

You only need to walk past the window at Robsons to see the “buzz” at this estate agents in Pinner. The sales team all have extensive knowledge of the area – some of them being brought up locally. No pushy sales techniques, just good honest advice.
We used Robsons to sell my mother’s house in a challenging market and did not regret it. A special thanks goes to Paul who treated us with sensitivity, integrity and honesty. His friendly, enthusiastic approach and regular updates made for an easier ride from start to finish.
My tip? Listen to the advice, be realistic and give them a go!

Scott Elliott and Dean Holmes at Robsons in Pinner. So glad we used them on our house sale. Great to work with.
Scott was spot on around his strategy for how best to sell our house quickly and for the best price. Always did great due diligence on new potential buyers’ situations. Understood the market so well.
Dean was brilliant at moving the process along as quickly as possible. Always communicating with us and available to speak, knew what was going on at both ends of the chain. Gave us all the confidence and reassurance we needed that things were in hand.
Together they made what would have been a stressful process very easy! Highly recommended

I am so grateful to Richard and the team for all their hard work and perseverance on my nightmare of a house sale, and for turning in into a success! They found me a lovely buyers but due to some big oversights by my buyer’s agent (Chancellors) the chain was at risk of falling apart. Richard stepped in and ended up doing a lot of extra work to rescue it, even helping my buyers on various aspects of their house sale when their estate agent went AWOL. I found Richard very transparent and honest, with excellent knowledge of the local market. He updated me straight away on every development and gave me comprehensive advice throughout. The rest of the team were also organised and effective; they even knocked to check everything was ok when I left my garage door wide open since I’d told them I wouldn’t be around much. I felt the staff all really cared about the clients, properties and the other people involved in the sale. Excellent company.
