As buyers, we found Robsons to be inflexible and unprofessional. We were chain-free, serious buyers in a good position, looking at high value family homes. As we have two small children and both work full time, we were somewhat limited as to when we could view houses. However we managed to arrange it so that we could spend a few Mondays in the area, without kids in tow. There were several houses we wanted to see with Robsons but were informed (rudely) over the phone that Mondays simply weren't possible as it was their admin day. We were eventually given one viewing late on a Monday. The agent turned up late, with a cigarette dangling out of the window, struggled to find the keys and then gave us a very surly tour. We never got to see the other houses that we were VERY interested in, and ended up buying in a nearby village through a different estate agent. I'm sure demand in Amersham is high enough that they do fine, but I was shocked by how unhelpful they were given how keen and able we were to buy.

We have been looking for a house in the Pinner area and have been shown a few by Chanel. Must say, she is really amazing in the way she presents the house to us. Very knowledgeable and knows the property she is showing inside out! Chanel is also very patient with the numerous calls she has had to deal with from us.

Went in to enquire about being added to the property emailing list as keen to know about new properties on the market in Pinner and sorroundonf areas, the guy said system slow and provide the details on a paper form which I did..been 2 weeks and still waiting for email?????????

We've had a great experience with Robsons in our buying journey so far. They have been very patient with organising viewings until we found something that we liked. The post offer process is streamlined with clear and timely communication, especially when compared to other agents that we've also dealt with. Personally would like to mention the great support we've had from Jack Dagger who has been fantastic throughout the process, including following up every week to make sure that things were progressing as we wanted to and accommodating viewings around our schedule almost every weekend. Overall I would highly recommend Robsons and we would look to them if we need to buy or sell property.

We have just completed our house sale through Robsons and are very pleased with the outcome. All the team at Robsons have been fully committed from the beginning. We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons
