Selling a house is perhaps only slightly less nerve-racking than buying one.
For this reason, I had no qualms in entrusting my property to the long-established and reputable Robsons' Moor Park office. Having made that decision, and after discussion with Partner Paul Fussey, I was swiftly reassured that the property - and I - were in safe and professional hands. In the occasional absence of Paul, my dealings with Associate Partner Liam O'Shea and Partner Simon Blitz were likewise handled proficiently.
The entire process of selling my long-term family home was one I was dreading, akin to bidding farewell to an old friend. Throughout the proceedings Robsons metaphorically held my hand and made the entire selling procedure considerably less stressful than might have been the case.
I have no reservations in recommending Robsons to any potential property buyer or seller.

We were constantly impressed by Paul Tindley’s knowledge of the local residential market and the house selling process. His attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional service help us during the more stressful parts of the process. I am so grateful to Richard and the team for all their hard work and perseverance on my nightmare of a house sale, and for turning in into a success! They found me a lovely buyers but due to some big oversights by my buyer’s agent (Chancellors) the chain was at risk of falling apart. Richard stepped in and ended up doing a lot of extra work to rescue it, even helping my buyers on various aspects of their house sale when their estate agent went AWOL. I found Richard very transparent and honest, with excellent knowledge of the local market. He updated me straight away on every development and gave me comprehensive advice throughout. The rest of the team were also organised and effective; they even knocked to check everything was ok when I left my garage door wide open since I’d told them I wouldn’t be around much. I felt the staff all really cared about the clients, properties and the other people involved in the sale. Excellent company.
