Paul and Luke did a fantastic job in the selling of our home of 38 years. They were very understanding of what I needed and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. I speak to them now as good friends. They were very professional throughout the sales process. I also bought my new home through them and they also managed that in a great way for me. I had a fantastic experience purchasing a property through Paul at Robsons Moor Park. He is a great guy—incredibly honest, transparent, and always available to answer questions. He made the entire process a seamless pleasure from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Second time I've had an appalling experience with Robsons. Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.

I just wanted to commend the Moor Park Team, especially Paul and Luke for their dedication and willingness to see a difficult purchase to the end! I have been in very capable hands with them and most importantly, they have found me the house of my dreams. They are such a friendly team and always there when I called, stressed or not so! There's a lot of choice in the Hatch End / Pinner area, and after reviewing many agents I'm really pleased we went with Robsons.
We had a complex sale, that remained so until completion - but from start to finish we felt well looked after by Paul and his team (shout out to Dean) who rode the ups and downs with us.
If you're looking to instruct then I'd highly recommend them!

We have just completed our house sale through Robsons and are very pleased with the outcome. All the team at Robsons have been fully committed from the beginning. We must say a special thank you to the sales progression team who went the extra mile and pushed the sale along, especially in those moments when it looked like things were slowing down. A few judicious emails and phone calls soon had things back on track. We would certainly recommend Robsons
