We’re happy to recommend Robsons of Amersham as we were impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the agents who handled our sale. The regular updates were reassuring. We obtained quotes from five agencies but were astounded at the wide variance between them (a range of £150,000), however Robsons were the midpoint and their reasoning and analysis made the most sense. The fee charged by estate agents is a considerable expense in moving house but in our case Robsons negotiated a sale price higher than the guide price so we received good value.

Very happy with the service and approach taken. We dealt with Nick on the sale and chose Robsons because of the realistic and pragmatic valuation as well as the really sensible approach to marketing the property. We dealt with Dean to get the transaction through to completion. He was very proactive and helpful in dealing with the buyers and the lawyers which made the whole process relatively painless. I would definitely recommend them over the others who all seem to rush to over value and then quickly reduce the price.
