Second time I've had an appalling experience with Robsons. Recent one was when I phoned to book an appointment to view a property on Linden Avenue, Ruislip, Middlesex HA4 but the estate agent never called back to say if the owner would allow buyers who don't have offers on there property yet. On top of it, before ending the call I did ask if he had my number and he said it's recorded from the call. When I prompted for his name he cut the phone off!! Awful and frustrating experiences with unprofessional customer experience.... Read more
