We sold our house on Websters Way, & we couldn't be more happier with the sevice Ollie gave us . He was helpful at all the stages we went through. The reson we went with Sharmen Quinney in the first pkace, was due to Ollie. He listened, & respected it was our home with lots of happiness & memories for us, & it was not just another house.

We recently used Amaan for our mortgage when moving home and cannot fault our experience. Amaan went above and beyond with not only our mortgage but the entire moving process.
He made such an effort to ensure we got the best deal and was always on hand to answer our questions. He stayed in touch with us throughout the process and even helped with chasing others and keep things progressing.
We have used a previous advisor before and the experience and level of service was just incomparable.
Amaan was 10/10 and we’ll never use anyone else.

Really unprofessional. Happy to take your cash. Bella Newsome and Sophie are the most unreliable people I've ever dealt with. I'm surprised Sharman Quinney would happy to be associated with two of the most incompetent people I've ever dealt with. Complete lies from start to finish. More interest in getting good reviews than actually making sure their clients are looked after.
Would avoid at all costs.

Me and my partner are about to move into our forever home on shared ownership (1st time buyers)
Jamie Butler has been there from the very start, although we didn't have the best experience with the solicitors Jamie was there if we got stuck and would take over when things got to much for us. His service was so good he made us feel so welcomed and offered us a drink everytime we seen him. His support and advice by guideing us every step of the way over the past long 8 months, checking mortgage rates to make sure we had the great deal and helping us send over the documents to the solicitors also going over the enquiries.
As 1st time buyers we had no idea how the process works Jamie was very patient with us, he explained everything in detail which we liked. He even came into the office on his day off which was so kind of him we didn't ask him too and for that he deserves more than a 5 star. I would give him 10 star everything he has done for us, service that he provided was beyond what we could have expected we can't thank him enough.
I recommend Jamie to my neighbour/family and friends and will stay in touch with him for the future.

Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few!
Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore.
He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request.

4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

We decided to use Sharman Quinney to sell our apartment in November 2024, however our experience was very disappointing, and not reflective of the positive reviews we had previously seen. It took them 15 days to get our advert up on Rightmove once photographs had been taken. Despite being promised our advert would be uploaded before Christmas, it was not uploaded until after Boxing Day. It included several mistakes (things we were not made aware of before it went live). We chased this numerous times, and although some issues were fixed, various issues with the advert still remained. After a month of no viewings and an advert that was never fully corrected, we cancelled our contract with them altogether (at no cost).
We then decided to go with a private estate agent who uploaded our advert within 48 hours of photographs. The advert was exactly how we wanted it, and an offer was made on our first viewing, the day after it was put on Rightmove! We are now in our new house and so happy we made the decision to leave SQ. Everything happens for a reason I guess.
