Although we are writing this over 6 months from us moving into our home, me and my husband wanted to leave a review for Junior, who was absolutely brilliant in helping us with the purchase of our first home. He was so patient and helpful explaining and answering all of our many questions. He helped us in every way possible and we would definitely be in touch again for any future purchases we might make. Would definitely recommend him and his team for anyone searching for some help.

This agency is not reliable. We had two appointments set and one was canceled last minute and the other was totally ignored. It may be a scam office as another person was at the listed house we wanted to view also being stood up! The associate that contacted us was named Bella?

I was so happy to read the sales narration I now understand was written by Paigton one of the Property Valuers. When I read it, it appeared she was writing as if it was her personal property. The details were reflective of the property and clearly in admiration of its selling points. The selling points were strongly and appropriately conveyed in the draft text I reviewed. In fact, the narration went beyond my expectations. I did not need to change anything.
Overall the staff both in Sales and Lettings are a pleasure to work with and bring a balanced personal and professional perspective to their expertise.

Jacob has been the most helpful and patient estate agent we've had the pleasure of dealing with, and believe me, there's been quite a few!
Jacob understood exactly the type of property we were looking for from our the first meeting. He suggested multiple properties that matched our criteria and were available for viewings, making our experience so much easier because we didn't have to spend hours trawling through properties sites anymore.
He was able to book the viewings at times that suited our needs and accomidated our every request.

4 viewings in 6 months says it all. And that was AFTER they told us to reduce the price. No communication on a regular basis and totally inflexible. We were keen to sell, offered to do an open house, they said it wouldn’t work. We asked if we could go multiagency because we weren’t satisfied and were given a clear NO.

We decided to use Sharman Quinney to sell our apartment in November 2024, however our experience was very disappointing, and not reflective of the positive reviews we had previously seen. It took them 15 days to get our advert up on Rightmove once photographs had been taken. Despite being promised our advert would be uploaded before Christmas, it was not uploaded until after Boxing Day. It included several mistakes (things we were not made aware of before it went live). We chased this numerous times, and although some issues were fixed, various issues with the advert still remained. After a month of no viewings and an advert that was never fully corrected, we cancelled our contract with them altogether (at no cost).
We then decided to go with a private estate agent who uploaded our advert within 48 hours of photographs. The advert was exactly how we wanted it, and an offer was made on our first viewing, the day after it was put on Rightmove! We are now in our new house and so happy we made the decision to leave SQ. Everything happens for a reason I guess.
