Ollie and Lauren have been absolute legends these past couple of weeks—seriously, massive help. They sorted everything out fast, kept me in the loop, and made what could’ve been a total nightmare actually bearable. Can I fault them? Not a chance. If you’re ever stuck, go straight to them—I’d recommend them to anyone without blinking. Top marks.

In the process of getting our house but have to mention that we received an outstanding customer service from Olivia Fortner. she did make our mortgage process smooth and found us a suitable lender. Recently let our house out and settled on using Shipways and I am so happy we did!!
Both Ellie & Elton were so helpful running us through all new regulations and owner responsibilities!
They have so many trades on hand to help which was useful as the house needed quite a bit of work and it didn't cost a fortune.
For now we are very happy to leave the management of our house in the hands of Ellie & Elton and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to rent out a property.
Thank you for all your help along the way, it ended up being a lengthy process but we got there in the end!! Side note it was a lengthy process due to previous property issues ????????????
