Coming from New York City, I’ve had my fare share of bad experiences with renting…This was completely the opposite of a bad experience. Olivia is a godsend. Responsive, communicative and incredibly helpful. Coming from another country I had a lot of questions that were probably stupid but she was friendly and patient about all of them. Top marks from me.

letting agency should accept a provisional driving licence as a bank or any other government agency accepts this so if you can not do that you should close down as a letting agent as Know Your Customer under financial law accepts provisional licence if the customer has no other means of photographic I.D, anyway this is going to everyone of you in the uk as they are all the same, mabe i should expand my business to cover this field as i know a lot of people in this situation and that is why their are lot of people who can not find a sub let as i call them

Some staff helpful, some awful, confrontational even. Lacked local knowledge, inexperienced. I lost faith and moved. Truly awful experience.

Would like to mention Rico Singh he went above and beyond for us extremely knowledgable supportive and attentive to every detail that we required to search for a purchase property, for my disabled brother.<br>Really to be honest it was a positive experience for us both. My brother would like to add he appreciated the efforts that Rico took to keep us informed updated and that if he couldn’t contact us by phone and updated email would arrive. All in all first class service thank you Rico ??????????

Used slater Hogg dennistoun to sell my house. They really pulled it out the bag, Zoe in particular was very knowledgable and helpful throughout. Nothing was a problem and always very accommodating. I’d recommend them, very impressed
