I'd like to express thanks for the support from Cathryn, Levi and Mae (and others) for the Symonds and Sampson tenant find service during July 2026. This is my second use of this service from the team in Blandford Forum (with support from S&S in Sturminster Newton). The service functions like a well oiled machine - with a kind, responsive and professional energy. It's clear everyone works hard and together to make things happen. There was a lot to do. I was reassured that everything was in hand at every stage - and indeed it was. Thank you very much.

What a thoroughly professional Agent!<br>I had the pleasure to deal with Annie, she was extremely personable yet highly efficient and very professional at all times.. Due to this, the whole experience proceeded smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her throughout.<br>Nothing was ever too much trouble and she guided me through the lease process displaying both patience and kindness throughout.<br>I had heard from others in the past that Symonds and Sampson are an excellent company to deal with and now having dealt with them personally - I would 100% agree.<br>If I could give them 6 stars, I would say,, in particular, Annie was absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. I was very pleased with the service provided by my estate agent. Their local market knowledge was excellent, and the valuation of my property proved to be spot on. The advertising was professional, with great photography and well-handled viewings, helping the sale progress smoothly. I felt the service was good value for money, and overall performance was strong throughout. The only reason I haven’t given five stars across the board is due to occasional delays in communication, though when contact was made, the responses were helpful and professional.

Dealing with Symonds and Sampson (particularly Matt) was a pleasure.
Everyone in the office were so helpful in guiding us through the process and being very patient when it came to viewing properties. Never did we feel 'under pressure".
In our case, we were particularly drawn to the video of our property which was not the usual slide show of the images we had already seen, but a proper walk around video which gave more detail and showed us more than the images.
Thank you to all at Symonds and Sampson in Beaminster and particularly Matthew.
