My experience with U & R estate was a very good one, before we registered with U&R we struggled to get a property for over a year but the same week we registered was the same week we got a lovely and nice property in our choice location and the process was very fast. We are so glad we registered with U&R. I have also introduce my friends to U&R estate. I recommend Urban and rural estate 100% trust me.

We recently purchased our new home through Urban and Rural. The sales progressor Debbie is fantastic. We were in a large chain and Debbie kept us updated throughout. Never turned us away, was always available when we had questions, assisted us in chasing our solicitors and the estate agent we were selling with. I had to chase a lot and she guided me and pointed me in the right direction at every step. The chain collapsed twice, with the threat of a third collapse. Debbie helped glue it together. I don't think we would be in this position if Debbie wasn't so committed. You could really tell she cared. A genuinely good person. To add, at the beginning of the process Daniel was very helpful. He understood our position and helped us with the offer process. Thank you for the Urban and Rural team.

Urban and Rural were friendly professional and communicated with us throughout the whole process. They listed us quickly and we sold the very next day for full asking price. You couldn't ask for more.

From the initial valuation of the house all the way through to completion. Urban and Rural have been great. Debbie who was our sales professor was amazing, she went above and beyond to get our sale over the line, she even did other people's jobs to things done. Overall a present experience.

So we’ve just completed our sale with Urban and Rural Estate Agents and a great experience it was. In particular Molly was fantastic. She kept us updated and in the loop from start to finish. A real professional but more than that a very likeable young lady. I would recommend these guys every time, in fact, they are now selling another property for us.
