2nd May 2025 (6 weeks ago)We rented a property through Greys Parkstone and dealt with Luke Sleeman . Luke was professional throughput , friendly and always there if we needed him . Luke is well presented , knowledgable in the rental market and his communication skills are excellent . Would definatly recommend dealing with Luke if you are looking to rent a property from Greys in Parkstone .

17th May 2024 (1 year ago)Time wasters! Misleading advertising and offers. They initially sent an offer requiring a 3-month deposit with monthly or quarterly payments. However, when I decided to proceed with the contract, they changed the terms, demanding a 7-month deposit, 3 months' advance payment, and the annual building insurance fee paid upfront—something typically covered by the landlord.
4th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)A total let down, been promised on so many occasions to be let down every time for my revaluation, have used the company in the past with no problem but somethings changed and there's only so many times you can be let down. Very disappointed in the way i have been treated.

4th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!

At the same time they listened to our current situation and needs and timed everything to accommodate us and the tenants situation which was very good because they were very efficient. They always explained things and answered all our questions straight away . which gave us a piece of mind and to understand things better. A honest, friendly, professional and smooth service. From the outset, Beckie was professional and proactive. She provided a clear breakdown of services and fees, and the onboarding process was seamless. Beckie took care of arranging viewings, and securing a suitable tenant efficiently. Communication has been excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any queries. Overall, Beckie and her team has made the letting process stress-free, and I would gladly recommend her to other landlords.
