11th Aug 2026 (2 days ago)I had a valuation from Clarkes around 3 months ago when my property was already been marketed by another local agent<br>Had the good fortune to meet Andrea who gave me lots of useful tips which really helped improve the look of the flat in order to attract viewings<br>Andrea is honest, genuine, sympathetic and very knowledgeable.<br>At the time I was still locked up in a long sales agreement with another agent therefore couldn’t appoint Clarkes<br>The situation has now changed with regards to my property, and though there is no need to appoint Clarkes I definitely will next time I sell/ buy another property. I have no hesitation in recommending Clarkes to anyone.

31st Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.
3rd Aug 2026 (10 days ago)In the market where house sales take forever, solicitors are dormant and no one ever informs you about anything without chasing - choose Palmer Snell for such immortal life event as buying or selling your property. Seriously, nothing is too much of an ask for these guys - they follow up, communicate, find solutions, negotiate and deliver consistently. We worked with Ellis, Sid and Matthew have been an absolute pleasure to work with, very proffesional and exceptional at what they do. Could not recommend Palmer Snell highly enough. Thank you

From start to finish, the service we received was outstanding.<br>Every member of the team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.<br>Communication was exceptional – we were kept regularly updated at every stage, and nothing was ever too much trouble. It made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>A special thank you to Jack, Chanel, Emma, Kerrie and of course Katie herself. 13th Jul 2026 (4 weeks ago)Amazing support a first time buyer!<br>From the beginning, both Sol and Simon demonstrated their professionalism and experience. As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

Jack and the team were always on hand to offer support and make sure the transaction was progressing as well as possible. A special mention regarding their property photography, which stood out amongst competitors. I would not hesitate to recommend Link Homes. 28th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We recently sold our bungalow through Meyers Estate Agents, and the service from start to finish was outstanding.<br>A special thank you goes to Emily, who worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving and pushed the sale through far quicker than we expected. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always professional, approachable, and proactive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.<br>The communication from the whole team was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We couldn't be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Meyers Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br>Thank you again, Emily, for all your hard work – it really was appreciated!
17th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

Justyn is very professional, knowledgeable and has all of the necessary experience (and more) to help you with your property sale / purchase. He works with you, rather than the usual chain agency jargon you get sold. He has sold two of our properties now and definitely contributes to the smooth running of the process. He’s very involved throughout and goes above and beyond. Once again, thank you Justyn for all of your hard work.
