4th Sep 2026 (24 days ago)Selling your property can be a daunting prospect so we asked around locally for recommendations. Wilson Thomas came out on top for their friendly and non-pushy approach. They didn't disappoint. Their service from start to finish was exemplary. The valuation by Simon was professional, respectful and realistic. We had total faith in his judgement due to his longstanding employment in the industry, his knowledge of the locality and his honest and straightforward approach. We were lucky enough to secure a sale on the first day of viewing to a local couple. Communication with the office was excellent. Any query or worry was answered in a very timely manner, even when you assumed that the office had closed for the evening Justin would be straight back with an email and an answer for immediate reassurance. We were able to conveniently communicate with our buyers through him and vice versa which we found extremely helpful. On the day of exchanging contracts Justin was immediately on the phone to congratulate us. In this digital age it is so refreshing to come across such a personal one to one service where you are made to feel valued. The estate agent that we were buying through were often difficult to get hold of which can be upsetting and frustrating at times. They could certainly learn a thing or two from Justin and his team. If you are looking to sell a property do not hesitate. We would highly recommend Wilson Thomas. They will be with you all the way.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

We easily made the decision to go with Palmer Snell on Canford Heath. Shahob Sayaran was very informative and explained our options well. He also said he and his team would have a buyer within 3 weeks and he came through! We were pleased with our advert and photos, which were very professional. Shahob and Grace were very also very professional throughout and kept us well informed all the way through the process, which thanks to them flowed well and was stress free. After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. Hannah then helped me negotiate a deal I honestly didn't think was possible, pushing for terms I wouldn't have had the confidence or market knowledge to ask for myself.<br><br>Compared to every other property experience I've had, Hannah Le Sueur made this one feel completely different — supported, informed, and genuinely on my side from start to finish. A brilliant communicator and genuinely everything you’d want from an estate agent when selling your home. If you’re in the Bournemouth, Christchurch or Poole area and looking for someone to sell your property, we’d definitely recommend Justyn.
