25th Feb 2024 (9 weeks ago)Most unprofessional viewings my partner and I have ever been on. We viewed a property in Broadstone with Simon. During a viewing I pulled the fitted blind up to look in the house's back garden and check the road/cars passing by. However, when I tried to open the blinds it came off it's wall fixing (it obviously wasn't fitted properly). I apologised profusely to Simon. As a viewer I really think we should be allowed to open blinds/look in fitted wardrobes/go in the loft. All of these things matter as a potential buyer. In comes Simon who very aggressively tells me off and from then on had a very inappropriate, unprofessional demeanor about him. He basically chased us out the door! Simon went from friendly to aggressive and made us feel very uncomfortable.
9th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)4 months of waiting and still no call back to offer me a premesis. I've taken it upon myself to contact Landlords directly now if I see anything advertised by Goadsby. This is because Landlords of the sites that I've enquired about previously have not received offers or proposed plans passed on to then, yet I'm told they are not interested. Maybe I'm missing something but I don't understand why. Based on this, I would not recommend Goadsby Commercial to anyone if you want a hassle free, simple business transaction.

I've been renting through move on for 6 years now and I hope that I get to continue our wonderful working relationship for many more to come!!

23rd Dec 2022 (1 year ago)I haven’t sold with them and I’ve had to chase them for every little thing. Very poor communication and now the market has taken a turn for the worse and I’m left unsold.

It wasn’t a smooth sale and there were a few ups and downs along the way but Gail worked tirelessly to ensure this sale was successful going above and beyond. I am also very grateful for her support when times got very stressful and could not have got through this sale without her. I can’t recommend Gail highly enough, 5 star service.

We dealt mainly with Emma, who remarkably managed to help keep us sane throughout the process that was plagued by delays outside our control. Communication was excellent throughout, and Emma was particularly good at chasing the various solicitors and other parties to help move the process along. I honestly felt Emma might have helped take weeks off the process, and would highly recommend Katie Fox to anyone selling or buying.

Every member of the Team delivers exceptional customer care with every aspect of my contract from marketing, Tenancy checks, renewals, rental statements, inspections & Tenants’ call outs. They are fantastic communicators, deal with all actions in a timely manner & they manage my Tenants & me with consideration & care. Thacker & Revitt have worked hard to develop a sublime list of Preferred Suppliers to handle any call outs. They clearly ensure that everyone on their list prices the jobs fairly. All call outs are attended to swiftly & carried out to a high standard. I particularly like the fact that Thacker & Revitt use mostly local, family run businesses for call outs & maintenance jobs. I highly recommend Thacker & Revitt property needs be they Sales or Rentals…best decision I ever made!

The pictures and videos they got of my property were amazing and that’s because they really spend the time to make sure things are perfect! They really do pay attention to all the little details which is really important when selling and purchasing a house.
