With first hand experience of both selling and buying with them, I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of the team.<br><br>I firmly believe people buy from people and from start to finish I found the whole team to be approachable, warm and genuine. Whilst making the largest purchase you are likely to make in a life time, it’s important to have faith and trust in the people guiding you through the process. Would recommend to anybody!

As first time buyers they helped guide us through the entire process recommending local mortgage advisors, solicitors and survey teams. We received weekly updates from the team but always felt we could contact them whenever we needed.<br><br>Thank you all!

11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!
30th Oct 2026 (2 days ago)If you’re thinking of using a Letting Managing Agent don’t hesitate, look no further. Martin and Heather (Partners) have been looking after our investment property since it was purchased in 2003. First this was as employees of a well known agency chain and we then moved the property to them after they set up independently, when the service we received at the agency chain fell dramatically on their departure.<br>It is their business and the level of service reflects this and shines through in every way. Over the years there have been a number of problems with tenants/neighbours/property and the common sense hands on approach to solving these has been great and very much appreciated. It is also worth mentioning in that time the property has been let almost continuously and with well chosen and carefully screened tenants. They and their great staff have my highest recommendation.<br>It is now December 2021 and my opinion remains the same. They are a superb managing agent and they continue to offer a service which is beyond expectations. Don’t hesitate you won’t be disappointed.<br><br>It is now October 2026 and as above the service the team at Thacker and Revitt remains faultless. They always go that extra mile. Following the latest government interventions, detrimental to Landlords, we decided to sell our investment property to avoid any possible repossession issues in the future. Thacker and Revitt dealt with the sale finding a purchaser quickly and managing a very straightforward sale, protecting our interests, and at a good price. Their recommended solicitor was excellent and basically between them they handled everything. A special thankyou to Terry who again was superb. The whole team are great they have my highest recommendation possible for the service they provide. Use them!

They were very knowledgeable about the state of the housing market and how easy it would be to sell the property. Once instructed they found a buyer immediately, although the sale collapsed they were very quick to market the property in arranging several viewings which resulted in a sensible offer which proceeded to a completed sale. Throughout the process the staff at Greys were helpful and professional, especially Joe, who has the patience of a saint! I would definitely recommend Greys in Upton to anyone looking for an agent who understands the market and who will give good and honest advice. Great service.
