I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

11th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Steve & Rob were a dream to work with when selling our house. I have used other agents previously and Osbornes are in a league of their own. Steve is extremely honest - from realistic pricing in the current market to quickly and efficiently dealing with offers and negotiations.<br><br>Osbornes have excellent communication (loved the Watsapp group - so much more convenient than agents constantly ringing to arrange viewings, then confirm them etc). They are always contactable - any queries dealt with either immediately or within the hour.<br><br>If you’re looking to sell I highly recommend using Osbornes. They make what will always be an incredibly stressful experience much easier!

4th Sep 2026 (23 days ago)Selling your property can be a daunting prospect so we asked around locally for recommendations. Wilson Thomas came out on top for their friendly and non-pushy approach. They didn't disappoint. Their service from start to finish was exemplary. The valuation by Simon was professional, respectful and realistic. We had total faith in his judgement due to his longstanding employment in the industry, his knowledge of the locality and his honest and straightforward approach. We were lucky enough to secure a sale on the first day of viewing to a local couple. Communication with the office was excellent. Any query or worry was answered in a very timely manner, even when you assumed that the office had closed for the evening Justin would be straight back with an email and an answer for immediate reassurance. We were able to conveniently communicate with our buyers through him and vice versa which we found extremely helpful. On the day of exchanging contracts Justin was immediately on the phone to congratulate us. In this digital age it is so refreshing to come across such a personal one to one service where you are made to feel valued. The estate agent that we were buying through were often difficult to get hold of which can be upsetting and frustrating at times. They could certainly learn a thing or two from Justin and his team. If you are looking to sell a property do not hesitate. We would highly recommend Wilson Thomas. They will be with you all the way.

The whole process was handled professionally and efficiently, and we felt well supported from start to finish.<br><br>A special mention must go to Rio, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Rio was friendly, helpful and always kept us informed, making what can often be a stressful process feel much easier. Nothing was too much trouble, and we really appreciated the time and effort Rio put into helping us get everything over the line.<br><br>We’re very happy with our purchase and would happily recommend the estate agency, especially Rio, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

The seller's agent is doing their job, but their job isn't protecting you — so going in, I expected to be navigating most of it alone.<br><br>That changed the moment I started working with Hannah Le Sueur. From our very first conversation, it was clear she was in my corner. She took real time to understand what I was looking for, and rather than just throwing listings at me, she fine tuned her sense of it with each conversation — narrowing in as we both got a clearer picture of what would actually work for me.<br><br>That process led us to a flat that turned out to be exactly the kind of character and space I didn't know I was looking for. She carefully listened to my requirements and organised viewings for six properties, all of which matched my criteria remarkably well.<br>After visiting the properties with my son and his girlfriend, I found the perfect holiday let in Swanage. What sets Jackie apart is that her support didn't end when the sale was agreed. She remained helpful and responsive throughout, even assisting with collecting keys from the management company when I couldn't get there from London during office hours.<br>She also introduced me to a mortgage adviser, which proved invaluable.
