I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.

After meeting Savas and seeing how professional and knowledgeable he was, I decided to sell my own property with him as well. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I made.<br><br>From the beginning, Savas gave me an honest and realistic valuation of my property, and it sold for exactly the price he predicted. The sale process became quite challenging due to complications further down the chain, but throughout it all, Savas remained calm, proactive, and reassuring. Whenever an issue arose, he would say, "Don't worry, everything is under control," and he always followed through by finding a solution.<br><br>Savas was always available to answer calls and messages, kept me informed throughout the process, and provided practical advice whenever decisions needed to be made. No matter what challenges came up, he worked hard to keep things moving and resolve issues as quickly as possible.<br><br>Buying and selling a property can be very stressful, but Savas made the whole process much easier to manage. I would highly recommend Avenue Estates, and especially Savas, to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.<br><br>Thank you again for all your help!

I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

Giving us all the information we needed, made sure we were happy and content with what we had seen and was very good communicating to us via email or phone. From the outset, Sarah guided us expertly through the holiday let market, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for and presenting us with exactly the right opportunities. We visited Sarah on a Sunday and she gave us her entire day, going well beyond her normal working hours and into her own personal time, something that really set her apart and showed how genuinely committed she is to her clients. Sarah found us the perfect holiday home, which we completed in June, and we could not be happier with the result. She combines exceptional professionalism with a warmth and friendliness that makes the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. If you are looking to buy or sell, we would not hesitate for a moment to recommend Tailor Made and Sarah in particular.
8th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)As an estate agent and a Landlord myself, I was somewhat hesitant when it came to needing to use another agent when moving to a different area in the county. Having sold my own house very quickly indeed to a cash buyer, I found myself in urgent need of a short term rental property while I look for a property to buy. I initially approached one the well known agents in Westbourne and after a truly awful experience, I approached Jamie at key Drummond for help. This was the start of what has turned out to be a great experience for me. Jamie, I can honestly say, is the true personification of total professionalism, integrity and great customer care. He pulled out all the stops and even did the viewings himself after hours. He found me a great house to rent at very short notice and I was in within a week. As an agent myself I know how much work is involved so I did really appreciate his efforts. I am now hopefully buying a house through Jamie. To this end, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jamie as THE man to contact for anything property related in Canford Cliffs whether selling or letting your property or becoming a tenant, he outshines the rest by a mile!

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

We viewed properties with a few different agents and knew that we wanted to buy through Welcome Homes, and they ended up finding us the perfect place! We had some logistics challenges arranging viewings as we were based in London. Leah was super responsive throughout the process and we could feel confident that we were in safe hands.

The staff are always polite, attentive and go above and beyond your expectations. I highly recommend them whether renting or selling. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

The support and communication from the whole team during the entire process was exceptional - a special shoutout for Emily who fully supported me through the entire process so I never felt like I was out of the loop. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.
