6th Apr 2024 (28 days ago)I TOTALLY recommend this agent, especially Megan & Lee. We were selling my elderly parents house, and they dealt with the process with compassion and dedication. The photos / drone images were outstanding and the advert was incredible. Within two weeks we had two offers! Definitely an agent to be recommended!

16th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)We really could not fault Ben and the team at Lancasters. The service they provided throughout the sale of our property was nothing short of exceptional. The amount of time and effort put in by the whole team to ensure the sale ran as smoothly as possible was commendable. Our property sold within 3 weeks of it being on the market which is all down to the team going above & beyond, which far exceeded expectations. From my initial meeting with Ben it was evident Lancasters were the right Estate Agent for us. His expertise and knowledge of local market trends proved invaluable to ensure we were marketing our property at the right price. A big thank you to Anita who worked tirelessly with the countless viewings. Her experience in negotiating also ensured we were offered the best price. Also thanks to Jason for the continued communication, who along with Anita showed such a high level of respect for our property during viewings (turning lights off upon leaving, making sure shoes were removed etc etc) During finalisation (conveyance and completion) Emma’s continued communication between the purchasers, solicitors and ourselves ensured we were navigated through this part of the process with ease. She provided regular updates and advice to ensure everything remained on track, despite a few obstacles along the way regards the chain we were in. Myself and my husband shall be eternally grateful for all your hard work, professionalism and honesty. Lancasters deliver what they promise.. and more.

19th Apr 2024 (15 days ago)There's a lot of science and a lot of art to selling a home and Bolton Properties excelled in both for the marketing, which was never going to be straightforward, of my mother's flat. Joanne took the lead and gave me as my mother's Attorney sound advice which I had no hesitation in following ... and the Bolton Properties team then expertly brought about a top of the valuation-range sale.

25th Jan 2021 (3 years ago)I recently sold my property with WeLocate and they were amazing. From my first meeting with Jamie who came to value my home and I decided there and then I would go with them due to his knowledge and professionalism. The photos he took were by far the best I've seen and his advice was invaluable. Everything was online so quickly and my first viewings were within two days. They assisted on the vast majority of the viewings too which was a huge help. I had numerous offers and I sold within no time. A very special thanks to Pauline who held my hand the whole way through to completion as I has not moved house in almost 32 years. She was so responsive and patient. Amazing service. Kate was excellent too who stepped in keeping me updated in Pauline's absence. I can't thank all of them enough.
19th Nov 2023 (24 weeks ago)I recently had the displeasure of having Phillip Ellis manage my two properties, I'm compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience. Having initially connected with a staff member at a networking event, the reality of working with this company fell far short of expectations. The litany of unprofessionalism began with the inexcusable allowance of early tenant access to one property, a blatant violation of the contract terms. In the other property, a shocking lack of property inspections persisted for an entire year, leaving my investment at the mercy of neglect. Critical paperwork was not only mishandled but also lost, contributing to a pervasive lack of communication from this company. Despite my persistent efforts to address these issues, there was no acknowledgment of fault or a hint of an apology. To say that Phillip Ellis fell short of their promises would be an understatement. The level of unprofessionalism exhibited throughout my dealings with them has been beyond poor. I cannot emphasise enough the sheer frustration and disappointment this company has caused. In conclusion, my encounter with Phillip Ellis stands out as one of the worst business experiences. Their complete lack of accountability, awful communication, and unfulfilled promises make them a company to avoid at all costs. Spare yourself the headache and explore alternative options for your property management needs

14th Nov 2021 (2 years ago)We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.
