3rd Sep 2026 (23 days ago)I would definitely recommend using Regency Estate Agents. No question I had was ever silly, and I felt valued and supported throughout the whole process, especially by Sue. She was incredibly helpful and reassuring, and I’m so grateful for all her support.
8th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this agency based on my experience. Throughout the entire buying process, I found the agency to be very unhelpful and, once the seller accepted our offer, they essentially washed their hands of the process. Emails often went unanswered, and communication was neither professional nor transparent.<br>I was also given a number of statements and assurances about the property during the sales process which later proved to be misleading and, in my opinion, amounted to mis-selling. This was extremely disappointing, especially when making such a significant purchase.<br>I genuinely regret having to leave a review like this, as I am not normally someone who leaves negative reviews, but the way this was handled was simply not acceptable. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
16th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Absolutely terrible.<br>Turned up to the property without the keys to access the grounds, had to reschedule.<br>After viewing it i explained i was interested, looking at moving in as soon as but I was away for 2 weeks in 1 months time. Didn't hear off them, i had to contact them, got passed to someone else who started to deal with it. Again, I was chasing them with phone calls. 1 month later and not much had been sorted, I never once received an email off them confirming appointments or anything we discussed.<br>No urgency to follow things up, just a couple of phone calls off them to say we haven't spoken to the landlord.<br>Back off my holiday and they have let it to someone now.<br>Well done Hyde staff.....Absolutely useless, thanks for wasting my time.<br>Over a month and a half and you sorted nothing
3rd Sep 2026 (23 days ago)I couldn’t be any happier with the service I received from Matthew.<br>From the beginning Matthew was so professional and knowledgeable, keeping me up to date every step of the way.<br>He went above and beyond a number of times, including communication outside of office hours and when I had an issue he was there straight away to help.<br>I would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property.<br>Such an outstanding service - thank you so much!
23rd Jun 2026 (14 weeks ago)My estate agent ghosted me!<br><br>I listed my two-bed flat for sale with Melissa Berry in May. It was my first time selling a property, and thankfully Melissa seemed helpful and friendly at the valuation, although she did seem to take my lead on pricing the property rather than guiding me towards a price that she thought would be a best fit. A couple of weeks later she came to take photos – and that was, sadly, the last I saw or heard of her.<br><br>The property had been on the market for a couple of weeks when I emailed to check in, and asked whether there’d been any interest. I did get a reply from a sales agent called Geraldine, saying that someone was interested in viewing the property but wouldn’t be able to visit for a couple of weeks; I replied straight away with my availability and asked what sort of time the viewing would go ahead. No response.<br><br>A week later, I emailed again to ask if the viewing was going ahead. Again, I was ignored. I tried calling, and left messages. Finally, after waiting another week, I emailed one last time to say that I was going to list the flat with another agent and asking Melissa/Geraldine to remove it from their listings. I expected a reply to that, at least – but instead they quietly took the property off their website, again without replying to my email.<br><br>I wasted over a month trying to work with Melissa Berry, only to be completely ghosted and treated as though I didn’t exist. Whether it was something I said or the business has just taken on more clients than it can handle, I recommend avoiding them unless you enjoy the silent treatment: there are plenty of other agencies out there.

Michelle and Karen sold our house in days - they gave so much advise, feedback and were sensitive to how emotional selling a home could be. Chloe and Cassidy were absolute powerhouses in getting everything over the line in time and always keeping us up to date. We viewed houses with other estate agents, and honestly the level of skill, quality and care did not even come close to Karen, Michelle and the team. Thank you!

They guided me through every step and kept me updated throughout.<br><br>A special thank you to Mr Lee for being so helpful and understanding. 29th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)My son has recently agreed on a rental property via Entwistle Green.......<br><br>Considering the amount of rent he is to pay, on receipt of the keys it was clear that this flat had not been cleaned ready for the new tenant. In fact it was absolutely filthy and utterly disgusting.<br><br>So disgusting in fact that it eas decided to get professional cleaners in.<br><br>What a disappointment.

I was initially a little hesitant after hearing from a neighbour that I might hardly hear from Rod, but I’m very happy to say I had absolutely nothing to worry about!<br><br>Aaron and Emily were fantastic — always quick to respond, keeping me regularly updated and incredibly helpful despite the time difference. I especially appreciated that they checked on the property regularly, which gave me great peace of mind while I was working within a budget. I understand there is normally a charge for this, as there was with most of the other agents I spoke to, so I really appreciated their courtesy in making the process as stress-free as possible for me while I was abroad.<br><br>They genuinely made what was a daunting process feel somewhat easier. I always felt comfortable reaching out whenever I was anxious or had a question, and there were many! I’m grateful for their support and would happily recommend the team at Alexander Jacob.
