8th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Exceptional experience - a team of professional, hardworking and wonderful ladies who get the job done! Michelle and Karen sold our house in days - they gave so much advise, feedback and were sensitive to how emotional selling a home could be. Chloe and Cassidy were absolute powerhouses in getting everything over the line in time and always keeping us up to date. We viewed houses with other estate agents, and honestly the level of skill, quality and care did not even come close to Karen, Michelle and the team. Thank you!
18th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)The worst experience. I was at a property with my family of 3 children. Then i hear the door ring. I answer one of their workers called "aron" pushed his way in the property and trespassed in the property that i rented. And started raising his voice and telling me to leave because i no longer can stay there, while my children were asleep. He kept on threatening me with the police and saying that i am not supposed to be there, all of this inside my house. After his threats he tried to get extra rent money if i wanted to stay. Then i called the other agent that i rented it from and had him talk to "Aron". Then it turned out that he didnt bother to get an update before trespassing and threatening me and scaring my whole family. He just left with out an apology. Then he had the audacity to call me again to see if he can score more money out of me and i refused. A couple of days after this incident he made his secretary call me to empty the property because the have viewing appointments to rent out the property. When i declined, people started knocking on my door at odd hours for viewing. Which made my stay a nightmare. I should have called my lawyers and the police on him day one. But because i was a tourist i didnt know the laws. But now i do. If anyone is looking for an agency. I would never recommend this agency because of their discrimination and threats and unprofessionalism. I give them negative five stars if i could.
29th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)My son has recently agreed on a rental property via Entwistle Green.......<br><br>Considering the amount of rent he is to pay, on receipt of the keys it was clear that this flat had not been cleaned ready for the new tenant. In fact it was absolutely filthy and utterly disgusting.<br><br>So disgusting in fact that it eas decided to get professional cleaners in.<br><br>What a disappointment.

11th Sep 2026 (15 days ago)Sell well managed to sell our house very quickly we were really happy with the quality of the advert and the photos gave of a great example of what our house had to offer.<br><br>Their communication throughout was very good.<br><br>Claire who was in charge of our sale was really efficient and communicated very well with us and the buyer.<br><br>Would definitely recommend Sell Well and we would 100% use their services again in the future.

He was professional, friendly and extremely helpful throughout, making everything straightforward and stress-free.<br>Nothing was too much trouble, and the communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service.<br>I would happily recommend Price & Co, and especially Dominik. Thank you for such a positive experience!<br>I can also make it more personal and heartfelt if Dominik went above and beyond for you.

10th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)We had a great experience with the Charles Louis team. From start to finish we had a good feeling for the company and we weren’t disappointed. Our sale didn’t go without its problems but Jamie, Zoe and Helen were always supportive and all correspondence was replied to immediately or at least asap.<br>The team are very grounded and professional and you have confidence that they’re doing all the necessary administrative and diplomatic work on your behalf in the background to get the sale through the line.<br>The very personable approach the whole team have is very comforting and it made you feel that they genuinely cared. We spoke and messaged Helen a lot !!!! She remained very patient and professional and knew she wanted the best outcome for us.<br>We would highly recommend them all in a heartbeat.

We had our house on the market for less than a week before it sold. The quality of marketing is second to none and absolutely goes beyond other estate agents in the area. Would highly recommend.

29th Aug 2026 (28 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Balmer & Co and would not recommend them based on my experience as a tenant.<br><br>While I was living at the property, part of the kitchen ceiling collapsed. Despite the seriousness of the issue, I was left living with the damaged ceiling for around three months before it was finally repaired. During that time, I repeatedly tried to get the issue resolved, but my communications were often ignored and the overall level of service was extremely poor.<br><br>The problems continued at the end of my tenancy. Balmer & Co claimed that there were marks and scratches on the walls and sought deductions from my deposit. However, I had video evidence showing that those marks were already there before my tenancy.<br><br>The most concerning part of my experience happened when I went to their Atherton office to ask for an explanation about the DPS deposit request. I handed my phone to Rachel so she could look at the DPS request and explain to me what was happening. Instead of simply explaining it to me, she pressed the “Accept” option on my phone.<br><br>I had not handed her my phone to accept the request on my behalf. I gave it to her so she could look at it and explain the situation to me. Once the request had been accepted, I was no longer able to dispute the deductions through the normal DPS process.<br><br>I later contacted DPS about what had happened, but by that point the request had already been accepted.<br><br>Overall, my experience was extremely poor: around three months living with a damaged kitchen ceiling, repeated lack of communication, disputed claims about the condition of the property despite me having video evidence, and finally the way the DPS request was accepted on my phone when I had only asked for an explanation.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise tenants to keep photographs and videos of the property from the beginning of the tenancy, keep all communication in writing, and never hand over control of their DPS account or phone when discussing a deposit dispute
