She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and impressively quick to respond at every stage. Within just one day, Zoe ensured my property was fully up to date with all required regulations, including gas safety, electrical safety, and other compliance requirements. She went above and beyond by personally visiting the tenants and carrying out a property check, and everything was completed within just two days. Her efficiency, professionalism, and attention to detail made the whole process seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Zoe to anyone needing a reliable and proactive estate agent. We received an offer and sold in less than 24 hours?????? We appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the process via a watsapp group and were always willing to help any time of the day. Their customer service was ?????? per cent and we felt well taken care of from start to finish and finally A fixed cost so we knew exactly what we had to pay.
