6th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I would definitely recommend Pearson Ferrier to handle the sale of a property. From the first visit and conversation, Matthew was friendly, honest and professional. The team were supportive and helpful throughout and the communication was really great to keep me up dated on the process and progress. This overall process is never without stress but they played their part in making it as smooth as possible.

6th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I started off selling my property with Purplebricks and had a terrible experience (the worst customer service I've experienced in my life), I ended up in a position where I had found my dream house and was on the edge of losing it due to the incompetence of Purplebricks. However, Sharon Prestwood and the team at Cousins stepped in and they were fantastic. In less than a week they had my house back on the market and I had 3 solid offers the first day it was on the market. They did absolutely amazing, and I really cannot thank them enough for all their hard work. I couldn't recommend them enough.

After being on the market with a different agency for two years with no success, Cardwells took over and completely transformed the process. From the initial valuation and marketing advice right through to completion, the entire team was professional, approachable, and incredibly proactive. A special thank you to Pam, who was fantastic at communicating with us every step of the way. Even when complications arose, she smoothed things out and liaised perfectly with our solicitors to get the deal over the line. They achieved a great sale price for our home and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell, especially if you've struggled elsewhere!

Big thanks to Claire too for assisting with the sale in the final stages and getting it through to contracts exchanging. Would highly recomend!

I have just sold my house through them, and what felt like a never ending process (due to unforeseen circumstances), they kept me updated throughout so I was never left guessing or wondering what the next step was. Their communication is truly second to none. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone looking to buy or sell.

1st Jun 2026 (26 days ago)??????Formerly Greenwood James and now under the Harrisons banner, the name may not be the same but the service certainly is.., and this is the reason we have been putting the new acquisitions for the portfolio with them for a few years now...?????????????????? Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
7th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)From putting my property on the market and seeing it through to the sale, the staff were nothing but knowledgable, polite and all replies were dealt with in a very fast and timely manner. I would like to thank Beverly for all her help and patience. No matter how many times I emailed or phoned, Beverly was professional and dealt with all my queries and I received answers back from solicitors ect. within minutes of my emails. Beverly went above and beyond, even on the completion date and no matter how much I was stressed, Beverly was there every step of the way and even offered to stay behind after closing time so I could hand my keys in for the purchaser of my property to obtain. I would thoroughly recommend this company and if in the near future I need an estate agents again there would be no other answer than Redman and Casey.

Every member of the team was professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. What really stood out was the family feel throughout the business. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and there was always someone available to offer support, guidance, and reassurance whenever it was needed. Selling a business can be a challenging and emotional process, but Helen and the team made the journey as smooth as possible. Their communication was excellent, their knowledge was invaluable, and their commitment to getting the deal over the line never wavered. A huge thank you to Helen and everyone at Charles Louis for their hard work, dedication, and support. If you're looking for a team that genuinely cares and delivers results, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
