2nd Aug 2024 (11 mo. ago)I Changed Agents to Housefox after my previous sale fell through at 3.5 months of the selling process. Note to sellers…….. if your buyers are Cash Buyers make absolutely sure your agent gets proof of funds…………. and double check this early on in the process. Housefox were really great and I would definately recommend.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Michael was very professional at all stages, always replying to any queries quickly, giving excellent advice and always available. We were really pleased with the photos and marketing, and viewings and achieved a quick sale. We were also very happy with the aftercare too, making sure the sale went through smoothly. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles Barnard again.

We will use Peter Greatorex again and would recommend this estate agent for either buying or selling a property because we felt listened to, our property was expertly marketed and Peter in particular communicated well with us and was always available to talk. (36 reviews)14th Feb 2025 (21 weeks ago)I used House of Jackson removals (part of Charles Barnard estate agents) to transport all of my belongings to my new home. Communication before, during and after was excellent, and the team were lovely, which is what you need when dealing with the stress of moving house! They turned up at the time that was agreed and were fully equipped for the job. They treated all my belongings with respect, as well as taking care when manoeuvring around tight corners and up and down the stairs. They went above and beyond to help with my move, ensuring that everything was unloaded into the correct rooms and didn’t leave until I was happy that everything was where it was supposed to be. The cost was significantly cheaper than other companies. They provided a top quality service for a more than reasonable price. I would highly recommend House of Jackson as a removal service and will definitely be using them for all moves in the future. Thank you Luke, Marcus and Brandon!
