Alex was easy to arrange the appointment with, and she was friendly, compassionate and professional throughout. She made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the agency.
27th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Cannot recommend Joel and his team in Wells high enough. First class service and customer care. Regular updates on viewings with sound feedback. Once a potential buyer was secured, the team of four monitored the progress of the conveyancing law firms of both the buyer and ourselves, and what a bonus that was when ‘lethargy’ appeared to have ‘rooted’ itself in the process on several occasions. The commission was sensible and they deserved every penny. ????

29th Nov 2023 (2 years ago)The branch Manager Samuel Masters and his team were extremely efficient and have ensured a quick sale offer on our property .The marketing on On the Market and right move was excellent and quick and the photographs and the details written up on the brochure resulted in quite a few viewings and several people expressed interest but had to sell their own property.

He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Advice given was rude and unlawful, these guys have a dangerous perspective where they make every effort to ensure that the advice given serves their interests only, even if that advice is unlawful and totally fabricated. Please be warned, they are convicing and pushy.

29th Jul 2026 (6 days ago)After a very disappointing experience trying to sell our house through a well known rival estate agent, we changed agents to Strutt and Parker, Exeter.<br>Tom was excellent. He took on board our views, was supportive , proactive, and very good at keeping us updated . Within a couple of months we had accepted an offer. Unfortunately, this sale fell through, but approximately 6 months later, in a challenging market, we had accepted another offer and subsequently completed the sale of our property. Throughout the process, Tom and his support staff maintained excellent communication between all parties.
