Alex was easy to arrange the appointment with, and she was friendly, compassionate and professional throughout. She made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her or the agency.

We talked a lot about some amazing new build projects in Frome and Cooper & Tanner's involvement in marketing those. He was helpful, friendly and knows his stuff. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

25th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)Sold our house with Kingstons, working with Ben H. Ben was absolutely brilliant and definitely earned their rates. It was a tumultuous process that took far longer than it should have, but Kingstons were absolutely first class throughout the process. Made sure our buyers were okay by keeping them in the loop and ensuring transparency, regularly "reminded" solicitors to do their jobs, and were always friendly and accommodating. You read a lot of negative stuff about Estate Agents and I have to say that Kingstons absolutely smashed it and would gladly work with them again.

9th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

28th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Rosa done a property viewing for me and my partner yesterday as soon as we arrived at the property myself and my partner felt very welcome by Rosa who introduced herself to us and shook our hand.<br><br>Rosa then took us to the property and showed us around the property and answered our question that we asked.<br><br>Rosa did not rush us and allowed us to take our time to look around the property.<br><br>Rosa also made a phone call for us during the property viewing to book an appointment for us<br><br>At the end of the property viewing Rosa shook are hands again and said it was nice to meet us both<br><br>Myself and my partner feel Rosa was very professional I'm very helpful and was there to answer any questions we had and did not rush us throughout the viewing
