19th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)We appointed Sam Daniels at Knight Frank Bath to sell our house after meeting several local agents, and he proved to be an excellent choice.<br><br>From the outset, Sam was exceptionally well prepared. He had researched the local market in detail, explained his recommended pricing clearly, and set out a convincing and realistic sales strategy — including what was worth doing to prepare the house and, just as importantly, what was not necessary. His local knowledge was excellent, but what impressed me most was the quality of his judgement: thoughtful, straightforward and commercially astute without ever feeling pushy.<br><br>Throughout the sale, Sam was consistently responsive, reliable and easy to deal with. He communicated promptly, explained developments clearly and handled potentially awkward situations calmly and intelligently. When there was competing interest, and later an unexpected fall-through, he reacted quickly and kept the process moving.<br><br>One of the factors that influenced us when choosing Knight Frank was Sam’s explanation of how the team works and his very strong record of progressing agreed sales through to completion. Having now experienced the process, I can see why. He remained actively involved after the offer was accepted, communicated effectively with the conveyancers and helped navigate the transaction through to completion.<br><br>The house sold quickly at the asking price, but beyond the outcome itself, I particularly valued Sam’s professionalism, honesty, tact and sound judgement throughout. I always felt that he was acting in our interests and that we could rely on what he said. I would recommend Sam and Knight Frank in Bath very highly.

8th Sep 2026 (16 days ago)After poor experiences with other agents, using McAllisters to sell our home has been a real breath of fresh air. Within days we had 5+ viewings and 2 offers. I don’t know how they’ve done it but clearly their marketing methods work. In addition to this, every member of staff we’ve had communications with has been clear, understanding, polite & helpful. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Jack especially has been brilliant.

We have remained engaged with Ben Clinch and Sue Smith majorly during our time when we were buying a property which was being sold by their vendors. Although we were not directly related to Kingstons but I must appreciate Ben and Sue here and more particularly Sue for keeping us updated with all the communication and updates. There were instances where during the process I have found Sue having much more information which even our solicitors didnt have and which helped us alot during the process as well as you could imagine house buying is a lenghty process and becomes much more complicated when you’re a First Time Buyer. Highly recommended and keep up the brilliant work ghat you guys are doing. Thank you

9th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. 23rd Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Marina and Alison were a<br>Joy to work with. They were really responsive and reliable as well as being very enthusiastic -and welcoming. They made a huge effort to move us into our new home as quickly as possible with a very quick turnaround. Marina also kindly asked her friends in the village to keep and eye out for us and say ‘hello’. Which has been lovely. Couldn’t recommend (and Lodestone) them more highly.

6th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.

Quick responses, helped her with forms and made sure we had viewed the property enough, I was worried being a FTB always hearing horror stories of estate agents and the whole process being a negative experience but Chris has made it so amazing and set my mind to ease, genuinely wouldn’t recommend anyone else, will forever now be coming to Chris if I want to sell/buy a property. Again thank you Chris! Made such a stressful time<br>super straight forward ????????????
