27th Mar 2024 (28 days ago)I must say I was very impressed with Sam Daniels at KF Bath. From the beginning to exchange of contracts he was proactive and tenacious to overcome bureaucratic obstacles. He kept me fully informed throughout the process and took ownership of the transaction with the solicitors. During the initial marketing phase he generated great momentum which culminated in a competitive bid process just a few weeks after engaging KF's services. In the end we transacted comfortably higher than the guide price. Great Job!

16th Dec 2023 (19 weeks ago)Having been model tenants and rented a property for 16 years I found they never pushed the landlord for repairs and when our roof leaked the served us a two months notice and did nothing to help us find alternative accomodation. When we visited them my disabled daughter could not get in through their office's stepped door in her wheelchair and non of the staff moved from their chairs to help.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job.
