16th Jun 2023 (10 mo. ago)This was a lovely team, however I was let down by their lack of communication. I had three viewings in 4 months, after each viewing despite them phoning to say they hadnt had feedback from the viewers I then had to chase for updates. I heard nothing at all from them from 8 April to the 12 May where I had to call again for updates. Nice team but in my opinion, not proactive enough. I will soon be going back on the market with someone else.

3rd Jan 2020 (4 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.

We were guided through the entire process, including last minute challenges, with professionalism and with a smile. Great company to deal with, nothing too much trouble. Cost very competitive. Plan to use Nexa for all our requirements in the future.
