We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!

Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. We are first time buyers and Kathryn, Eira and Wendy were particularly helpful and kind during this process. Kathryn rang us in advance and made sure we had enough time to survey the house properly and both Eira and Wendy were friendly and no question was too silly. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking to get on the property ladder.

They show their pride in their work by prepping the vendors extremely well before I come to for the marketing appointment- would highly recommend them as someone’s estate agent :)

I’ve been polite and respectful but countless unreturned emails and now ignoring phone calls I give up. Over 2 months since they were going to put my property on the market and still nothing. I give up, will try elsewhere.

Ollie and the team were amazing, very approachable, very responsive and also brought a high level of expert advice. Couldn’t have asked more from them, very happy and would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

9th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)As buyers with Andrews recently, we had a great experience and would expect to turn to Andrews, and Rich in Long Ashton specifically, for any further property related matters, to sell or generally. ?????????????????? Thumbs up from us. Update June 2026 Since early 2025, Rich was in touch with buyers who might find out property of interest (we had maintained dialogue with Rich in the village since purchase). As it happened we were thinking of moving again. Rich (Andrews) helped us again - easy process to get house prepared for sale, beautiful brochure and Rightmove content. We had two families view and both wanted it, but one could not proceed. The second bought it and we completed sale earlier this year. Once again, all went swimmingly, great support and dialogue with Rich. We are no longer in the area but wouldn't hesitate to use Andrews again if we needed an agent, and the operated where we needed them ??????

So much so that they even kept us up to date with the situation of the house that we were purchasing, as the other agents were horrendous. I would 100% recommend them to anybody thinking of selling or buying a property. Thank you to the whole team at Gino's...keep doing what you're doing!

18th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a good position for all the places we wanted to visit, the car parking being an added bonus. The only drawback for us was the intense heat, one of the hottest weekends of the year. There was plenty of airflow with the windows open, we did have a balcony, so a little outdoor space too.
