An horrendous experience selling our house, I would recommend avoiding using Goodman Lilley until they have got their act together.
We have been chasing them now for three months to push our sale through and still no light at the end of the tunnel.
I was very impressed with the professionalism of the entire team at Hollis Morgan. From the initial meeting to establish the best way forward through to the auction they were excellent to deal with. They provided good advice throughout the process and kept me informed of all developments. They managed all prospective purchasers viewings without troubling me. I have no doubt that as result of their efforts an excellent price was achieved at the auction which exceeded my expectations. I would have no hesitation in using Hollis Morgan in the future and recommend them to anyone selling a property.

A small but very capable team. Really straightforward experience getting a tenancy started and getting moved in. On my moving-in day the person with all the key paperwork and info was off sick, but the rest of the team deputised well and sorted it all out in matter of minutes. Any questions that I had throughout the process were answered as quickly and thoroughly as possible. Also the online system which they use for referencing/sending documents worked well, and crucially it detailed exactly what cash would be needed and when - which makes the whole moving process a bit more transparent.
Worst service management of a property. They rent unrefurbished and in safe/ unsalubrious places without shame. Genuinely terrible communication, management of the place and ethics at work. I strongly advised tenants/landlords to think twice before working with them.
I am so grateful to the apartment company (especially Laine and the property management team) From the start when I came in to sign the lease last year they were so welcoming and friendly. Recently I had an issue at the flat that was urgent and they got back to me the next day even though it was a Sunday, they were so helpful and supportive and it was dealt with quickly by Nick who was very professional. I am very happy that they are looking after my tenancy :)
Really poor service with the apartment company and agent Jonathan Butt. We had been offered an apartment in Bath. The agent didn't reply to answer any of our emails or answer our phone calls regarding the property for a week. We then paid the agency fees 5 days later which was accepted and the money was taken out of our bank account. The agent then didn't answer any of our calls or emails all day. We then get a phone call 4 days later saying the property cannot be rented out to 3 individuals. This is something that should have been confirmed before being shown to us. I am very disappointed with the service that has been offered and would not trust this company to provide us with properties in the future.
