A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!
23rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)The fabulous service from Richard Harding, from start to finish, was the best experience we have had in many property sales/exchanges. Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. I’ve been polite and respectful but countless unreturned emails and now ignoring phone calls I give up. Over 2 months since they were going to put my property on the market and still nothing. I give up, will try elsewhere.

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

Jasmin has been amazingly supportive and helpful during the process- we can't wait for our move!

From the very first conversation with Evie and then Jess the team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Simon as we had a few issues with our property and we feel Simon went above and beyond, so much so it felt like a friend who wanted to see you succeed. His communication, honest advice, and a calm, reassuring presence at every stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how the whole experience felt. No pushiness, no generic sales talk—just real people who clearly care about doing a great job, constant updates chased things when needed, and made what was a stressful process feel surprisingly straightforward.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. He was fantastic at communicating with everyone and the vendor offering honest and transparent advice.<br><br>They say an estate agent's real work starts after the sale is agreed to keep all parties posted, and Philip did this brilliantly. We always knew exactly where we stood despite the complexities, highly recommend.

Having dealt with a few agents while looking for property he has been nothing short of fantastic! His levels of communication are exceptional and has an approach which is totally client focussed, prioritising your best intentions and requirements.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.
