Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

I have been dealing with my late brother's estate, and the made the whole process of selling his house simple and painless. Emily gave some excellent advice for getting the property on the market, and Karly kept the sales process running smoothly. I am more than happy to put my name to a five star recommendation for both of them.

We have again just bought and sold through G&L and once more recieved an exceptional service.<br><br>We really felt that Adele went out of her way to get our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Ever the property professional she helped us all the way along the process with excellent advice, always staying calm and solving problems when ever they arise.<br>Adele and Duncan also worked hard to find us a property once we were sold and because we had access to their upcoming listing's they found us something really amazing and we are truly grateful for that.<br><br>Then as anyone who has bought a house will know property chains are rarely simple. Lucy is in charge of sales progression and is always 4 steps ahead of everyone else. Leading the charge to chase down all the solicitors, other estate agents and vendors to get things moving. Lucy also kept me regularly updated during sometimes stressful times and we certainly appreciated it.<br><br>Big thank you to an excellent team once again at Goodman & Lilley in Henleaze. We continue to reccomended you highly to our friends and family.<br><br>JUNE 2020<br>I would highly recommend Goodman & Lilley and the amazing team at the Henleaze office. We bought and sold properties with them and the service received was always above and beyond. We mostly dealt with Adele and Duncan throughout the process and always found both of them to be extremely professional and personable. They were very supportive and understanding of all the emotions that come with the moving process, Without doubt we would recommend them to friends and family and if we ever need to sell again I know who we will be instructing.

She was incredibly helpful throughout and always very quick to respond to any queries we had along the way.<br><br>This has been the most efficient letting experience I’ve had over the past five years across Bristol and London, which is a real testament to Charlotte, the wider team at Ocean, and the level of support they provide.

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.
4th Sep 2026 (10 days ago)Matt gave us excellent help and advice to get the flat ready for sale and achieved. afull price offer despite a slow market. Unfortunately, it fell through at the last minute but he had us back on sale within a day and a new offer within a fortnight.<br>The second sale process was even more tortuous than the 1st but Debbie was absolutely excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout and she really worked hard to keep communication going with the buyer even as the legals dragged on and on. Cheerful, positive, helpful and pro-active - a great advert for Oceans. Thank you.

They were happy to answer questions and kept communication clear. Overall, a pleasant experience with a well-established local property agency.

As a first-time buyer, there were so many things I wasn’t sure about, but Lee was always incredibly helpful, patient and happy to answer any questions I had.<br><br>He made the mortgage and insurance side of buying a house feel so much less overwhelming and was always quick to respond whenever I needed help or reassurance. I’m so grateful for all of his support from start to finish and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage advisor. Thank you so much Lee! ??????

9th Sep 2026 (5 days ago)Great place to stay for 2 nights! Apartment is clean and exactly how it looks and instructions are clear and detailed. There were noisy neighbours only on the second night but the first night was very quiet. Would recommend!
26th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)Very disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Taylors.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit over a month ago and went through an extremely long and stressful process that lasted almost one and a half months. I provided every document they requested and signed the tenancy agreement twice. Throughout the process, I was repeatedly given the impression that I would definitely get the property.<br><br>However, the landlord never signed the agreement. What makes the situation even worse is that, while I was waiting and providing documents, the property was apparently put back on the market through another agency. Eventually, after wasting weeks of my time and causing me unnecessary stress and expense, my application was refused.<br><br>I find it extremely disappointing that Taylors continued dealing with this landlord after the problems that occurred. If they knew the landlord was unwilling or unable to proceed, they should have been honest with me from the beginning instead of allowing me to spend almost six weeks going through referencing, paperwork and signing agreements.<br><br>To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my holding deposit to be returned.<br><br>This has been a huge waste of my time, money and effort. The whole process was handled very poorly, with a serious lack of communication, professionalism and consideration for the customer.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would absolutely NOT recommend Taylors to anyone looking for a property. Think very carefully before using this agency
