It was so refreshing to have one person oversee the sale from start to finish which gave it a very personal touch. The attention to detail, professionalism and customer service was second to none. Highly recommended.

I feel you offer an outstanding service. From the first meeting with Paul back in January to the completion yesterday I have been very impressed. Had an offer over the asking price within 4 days of it going up for sale. The Square Room came recommended to me and I can see why. Never did I think that the process would run so smoothly, but it has. Sue has been an absolute star and supported me all the way through, keeping me updated at each step.
3rd Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Everyone we spoke to at Thornton Entwistle Green was really helpful. We started out with a panicky moment when we couldn't actually get into the property for them to do a valuation, but Shorna calmed us down and thought of plenty of alternatives. On occasions when we rang the office, everyone there seemed up-to-date on the status of the sale. It didn't really matter who answered the phone. They did all the viewings by themselves and made things really easy for us. I was touched by their enthusiasm for the property, when sometimes I couldn't appreciate it myself. It was an aunt's house and she hadn't been well enough to look after it for a while. As we don't live locally, we were particularly dependent on the estate agent to take care of everything. They recommended a good auctioneers, who were also really professional. I would definitely recommend Thornton Entwistle Green.

The team provided great communication and were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. It has been a very smooth process in what can be a stressful time when moving house with a young family.
20th Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I had a thoroughly top-notch experience from beginning to end with the highly professional Vicky Elias at Goodman and Lilley's Henleaze office in Bristol. I consider myself fortunate to have come across the property listed by G&L and managed by Vicky. Her understanding of needs, timescales and the necessary process was spot-on, and she provided valuable insight regarding potential improvements to the house. Vicky was exceptional throughout the buying process, and she played a crucial role in the conveyancing process and the successful outcome. I can wholeheartedly recommend Vicky and the services of Goodman and Lilley.

We have moved very many times nationally and internationally and sold several times before and AJ Homes are simply the best estate agent we have ever worked with. They are unsurpassed for their knowledge of estate agency and know the Bristol area so very well, with an established network of connections with professionals, sellers and buyers. An absolute joy to work with, they always operate with complete integrity and discretion, respecting the privacy of both buyer and seller. Furthermore, you never hear them disparaging their competition which others did and for me demonstrated that when you have to do that, you must know you’ve already lost the game. I highly recommend AJ Homes, having met with half a dozen estate agents locally, finding only one or two who even came close to offering the same exceptional future positive service.

The last 2 years have been very difficult with interest rate rises (tracker mortgage) & I have relied on the team at Chappell & Matthews to provide suitable new tenants with the shortest period between rentals. This last year has brought me into contact with a highly competent team of professionals in Chloe, Emily, Debra, Etima & Vanessa. Thank you & well done!
17th Apr 2024 (2 days ago)My mortgage was arranged by Richard Jarrett at Ocean, who was recommended by Adam Byrom and I couldn’t be happier. Richard was brilliant at a time where mortgage rates were changing almost daily, he dealt with numerous phone calls/e-mails from me per week without complaint and kept me updated constantly with prices and the best mortgage provider. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite and was brilliant throughout, got us a great mortgage at a great rate, if it wasn’t for Richard my mortgage would be at least an extra £100 a month if not more. Thank you to Richard and to Adam!

Instead of just sending me off on my way, he took the time to get to know me, what I was looking for and subsequently he helped me as a property consultant, alerting me to new properties on the market/giving general buying advice (I finally got the perfect home!). When it comes to the Bristol market, he has unparalleled experience / knowledge, and his personal approach to deliver a genuinely excellent customer experience, is in my view, unique across the sector. Could not recommend him highly enough, and when it comes to selling my own home in the future, he will be the first call.
