They are utterly professional in every sense and helpful to the nth degree. I couldn’t recommend them more as the agent to choose if you are torn between a few.
27th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have been very impressed with the service provided by Tom and the whole team at Richard Harding throughout what proved to be a protracted sale process. Despite several challenges over many months, Tom remained positive and kept the dialogue going between us and our prospective buyer. His persistence and professionalism ultimately resulted in a successful sale which, at times, had seemed unlikely.<br>Many thanks to Tom and the team for seeing the sale through, and for helping me find my next home as well.

I have been dealing with my late brother's estate, and the made the whole process of selling his house simple and painless. Emily gave some excellent advice for getting the property on the market, and Karly kept the sales process running smoothly. I am more than happy to put my name to a five star recommendation for both of them.

We have again just bought and sold through G&L and once more recieved an exceptional service.<br><br>We really felt that Adele went out of her way to get our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Ever the property professional she helped us all the way along the process with excellent advice, always staying calm and solving problems when ever they arise.<br>Adele and Duncan also worked hard to find us a property once we were sold and because we had access to their upcoming listing's they found us something really amazing and we are truly grateful for that.<br><br>Then as anyone who has bought a house will know property chains are rarely simple. Lucy is in charge of sales progression and is always 4 steps ahead of everyone else. Leading the charge to chase down all the solicitors, other estate agents and vendors to get things moving. Lucy also kept me regularly updated during sometimes stressful times and we certainly appreciated it.<br><br>Big thank you to an excellent team once again at Goodman & Lilley in Henleaze. We continue to reccomended you highly to our friends and family.<br><br>JUNE 2020<br>I would highly recommend Goodman & Lilley and the amazing team at the Henleaze office. We bought and sold properties with them and the service received was always above and beyond. We mostly dealt with Adele and Duncan throughout the process and always found both of them to be extremely professional and personable. They were very supportive and understanding of all the emotions that come with the moving process, Without doubt we would recommend them to friends and family and if we ever need to sell again I know who we will be instructing.

They were very good at keeping us updated with the current situation. Once the sale was agreed Lorraine was in contact at least weekly to keep us informed with what was happening. 14th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)We approached Westcoast to sell our property in North Bristol, enabling us to move to our new bungalow in North Somerset. From start to finish they remained extremely focused, having to deal with a number of buyers over a 10 month period, before finally getting the sale over the line. My thanks go out to Emma, Gemma, Emily and anyone else in the Westcoast team I might have forgot to mention. Emily, our move manager, especially, for her determination in getting us through the move process, liaising with our vendors estate agent and eventually getting us into our new home. THANK YOU Westcoast Team, great effort.

She was incredibly helpful throughout and always very quick to respond to any queries we had along the way.<br><br>This has been the most efficient letting experience I’ve had over the past five years across Bristol and London, which is a real testament to Charlotte, the wider team at Ocean, and the level of support they provide.

Tyler Vear oversaw the process and was incredible. Tyler is so kind, helpful and kept us notified throughout the whole process, even when the solicitors were not communicating with either of us. We received helpful mortgage advise from Andy. Overall we are very grateful for all of the support from the Connells team and could not fault them. 25th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I was recommended to use Hunters by a friend whilst starting a significant refurbishment on my house. I sought advice on my options i.e. staying, selling refurbished or selling unfurbished and the consequences of each decision. I found them candid and clear and never pushed me to any decision.<br><br>I returned to Hunters when I decided to sell, having done the work and found a house I liked. They were very quick to help me market my house whilst finishing some final jobs.<br>The negotiations on sale and purchase were conducted by Hunters as each property was being offered through the same agency..<br>Throughout the process they were responsive to calls, emails and office visits. I always received quick replies and clear instructions. They were great at coordinating all the people involved and amenable to our requests.<br><br>The whole experience was great, all the staff were helpful, friendly and professional. My friend was right to have recommended them to me!

10th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently sold our property through Boardwalk Estate Agents, and despite what turned out to be a very challenging and stressful sale, the team worked incredibly hard to get us over the finish line.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Chris Palmer, the Sales Progressor, who was absolutely outstanding throughout the process. The sale was far from straightforward (despite there being no chain) and involved dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the buyer's side, which caused numerous delays and frustrations. Through all of this, Chris remained proactive, calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What really stood out was his communication. He was always incredibly quick to respond to messages and calls, kept us updated at every stage, and worked tirelessly to keep the sale moving forward when it felt like things might stall again. We were particularly grateful that, due to the urgency of the situation, Chris even took the time to deal with matters during his annual leave.<br><br>This transaction certainly tested everyone's patience and sanity! However, Chris's persistence, dedication and support made a huge difference, and I genuinely don't think the sale would have reached completion without his efforts.<br><br>I'd also like to mention Rhia Lloyd, who was a real pleasure to work with from the outset. She did a great job with the valuation and marketing of the property, and her advice and support helped get things off to a strong start. Although Chris was our main point of contact during the sale progression, Rhia was always happy to help when needed and stepped back in towards the end when things were becoming particularly challenging. We really appreciated her support and the part she played in helping us get the sale over the line.<br><br>Thank you to Chris and Rhia for all your hard work. We are now happily settling into our new life in Brighton, and we're very grateful for everything you did to help make that happen.

Unfortunately, it fell through at the last minute but he had us back on sale within a day and a new offer within a fortnight.<br>The second sale process was even more tortuous than the 1st but Debbie was absolutely excellent. We were kept fully informed throughout and she really worked hard to keep communication going with the buyer even as the legals dragged on and on. Cheerful, positive, helpful and pro-active - a great advert for Oceans. Thank you.
