From start to finish, the whole process felt incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free, and we were so impressed with the level of communication and service throughout. A huge thank you in particular to Tom West, who was brilliant every step of the way. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and made everything feel easy and seamless. We felt really well looked after and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Savills Clifton, and especially Tom, to anyone in the area looking to buy or sell. A truly excellent service!
23rd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)The fabulous service from Richard Harding, from start to finish, was the best experience we have had in many property sales/exchanges. Peter Walker came to visit us and was both professional and extremely knowledgeable on price point, area and buyers. Peter managed to the whole process with his skill and experience. We felt that, as sellers in a tricky market place and with a larger property to sell, we were in safe, capable hands. Many thanks for guiding through this emotionally difficult period and for managing the bidding process together with keeping us informed through the various surveys and enquiries raised. I’ve been polite and respectful but countless unreturned emails and now ignoring phone calls I give up. Over 2 months since they were going to put my property on the market and still nothing. I give up, will try elsewhere.

Ollie and the team were amazing, very approachable, very responsive and also brought a high level of expert advice. Couldn’t have asked more from them, very happy and would recommend to family and friends without hesitation.

All communication was clear and without delay when there was an update or question. My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. Boardwalk are miles ahead of the game in terms of Bristol Estate agents. Couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you to the whole team.

From the very first conversation with Evie and then Jess the team were professional, proactive, and genuinely invested in making the whole process as smooth as possible.<br><br>A special mention has to go to Simon as we had a few issues with our property and we feel Simon went above and beyond, so much so it felt like a friend who wanted to see you succeed. His communication, honest advice, and a calm, reassuring presence at every stage.<br><br>What really stood out was how the whole experience felt. No pushiness, no generic sales talk—just real people who clearly care about doing a great job, constant updates chased things when needed, and made what was a stressful process feel surprisingly straightforward.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell. 10th Jul 2026 (16 days ago)We recently bought a house through Lifestlye and we were incredibly happy with the service provided.<br><br>The listing was well prepared and the provided walkthrough 10 minute video of the property was incredibly helpful and far more useful than the usual 'dumping of photos' that most agents do. James does a great job with these.<br><br>They were able to arrange a viewing for us at short notice. We were shown round the property by Logan who arrived punctual and was incredibly professional and friendly. Unlike some other agents he diden't try to 'hard sell' he let us make up our own minds and came back to us with any questions he could not answer on the spot. Really happy with our 3 viewings that Logan did for us.<br><br>Cilla in the sales office is an absolute god-send when our chain started to fall apart at the last minute. We could always get hold of her via phone and email and she did her absolute best to keep the chain intact and sale progressing through to the end.<br><br>Lifestyle is one of the only independent agents in Bradley Stoke and if you want to work with a friendly local team then I would highly recommend selling/buying with them.

Andy & Nicola are immediately responsive & so easy to contact, they prioritise weekend viewings & are very flexible. I couldn't recommend them more. They sold our house & we moved within just a few short weeks which was incredible! Thank you both for your dedication & personal service.

18th Jul 2026 (8 days ago)The apartment was spotlessly clean, in a good position for all the places we wanted to visit, the car parking being an added bonus. The only drawback for us was the intense heat, one of the hottest weekends of the year. There was plenty of airflow with the windows open, we did have a balcony, so a little outdoor space too.

He is highly professional and experienced - so much so that we are now selling a second property with him. Being a smaller operation he personally dealt with all aspects of the sale, doing all the viewings and liaison with potential buyers, advising on market conditions, being available by phone to deal with our queries and generally offered a fantastic point of support throughout the process. He kept his eye on the conveyancing too and advised us if things were not moving at an appropriate pace. He is the best estate agent we have ever used. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
