A huge Thank You to the Lifestyle team for ensuring the whole process of renting my property was handled so efficiently. I was particularly impressed with the prompt communication from my agent and the transparency of every aspect of the transaction.
I will definitely be using their services in the future and would not hesitate to recommend Lifestyle to friends and family

I wouldn't even give this letting agent one star... If you want good customer service, this is not the agent to use . This is basic business acumen. If you want lies (being told different stories by different members of staff), misinformation, lack of communication then Lifestyle is the one for you! As per one of the other reviews, avoid this company like the plague. When owed balance of rent, trying to get this returned was both painful and tiresome dealing with rudeness and aggression.
Attempting to access the Lifestyle office is difficult as the use of an intercom is required. In my opinion, i find this uninviting.
In my opinion i believe their knowledge base is limited, as in my experience, the landlord had sold the block of flats i was occupying to a third party without Lifestyle even knowing? I had not received any communication from Lifestyle after discussing this with them over the phone. I received a letter stating the landlord was selling after only two weeks of occupancy which again, Lifestyle supposedly knew nothing about...? No help given.
