29th Jun 2024 (28 days ago)Our experience is from the Rental Agency part of this business. From our perspective I really hope they train their staff better. Our experience was not good. Most/all of the problems were avoidable and reflected either a lack for training or a careless approach to the legitimate needs of their tenant. At this time the Landlord, no matter how bad they behave, is king. We won't be coming back as a customer (either in a rental or purchasing form). It would be nice if they would learn from this experience. We did!!!! In our case the training cost us hard cash!!!

They were total professionals. They were excellent at marketing the house and attracting buyers, keeping the chain intact and understanding/communicating what the chain situation was. Their attention to detail was consistent from initial marketing through to completion.

She was excellent at keeping me up to date and helping me get through a fairly difficult sale which I really appreciate! She was quick to respond to emails and easy to get in touch with on the phone which made my life much easier. I would definitely recommend.

24th May 2024 (9 weeks ago)I very rarely write negative reviews but the terrible service we received from Hunter Leahy needs to be recorded. We had a chain involved when buying and selling a home for my dad which fell apart 2 weeks before completion. We agreed to stay in the chain until it could be resolved. We requested an update on what was happening several weeks later and imagine our surprise and anger, when we were told this agency had sold the apartment a week ago without telling us. We then cancelled our contract with Hunter Leahy to sell but my father’s home still remains on their website as available to buy. There is definitely something wrong with this agency.

We felt slightly unsure about the process at the beginning as we didn't have much communication from Boardwalk. However, we were then told Alicja would be taking over our purchase as a sales progressor and she really made our experience 5*. She has been fantastic, super proactive, friendly, and genuinely invested in our purchase. She got everyone moving whenever there was a standstill and would always keep us fully updated. We couldn't recommend her enough, thank you so much Alicja!

9th Jul 2024 (18 days ago)Very unprofessional. Asked over 4 days to see a property. Was eventually TOLD we could see it at 11am on a weekday! Well we work full time and so this didn't work for us, was not offered another time slot and instead was told if the viewer did not want it then they would contact us...No contact. We emailed again and was told that the initial viewer had declined the house but then changed their mind. That landlord was not given options to choose a family well suited for that house. The agents were lazy and only allowed that veiwing! Phone manner needs work too.

28th Apr 2024 (13 weeks ago)Advertised and sold within a week, second viewing. We then couldn’t find anything that met our needs and the sale dragged on. Started in July and we have just moved this week. The driving force behind the team in our experience is without doubt Jake. He has kept us updated and buoyed up throughout this stressful process, and even when he had his new family addition we felt supported. He is a well balanced and likeable man who with great patience got the job done. A credit to his profession.Of course he is supported by the rest of the staff who all appear to be to be aware of what is going on whenever called upon. Thanks to all.
